I think the results should be fair considering most of the judges are mature so I think this is a good idea. Wait is WPM the only judge?

that happened before the change. but I'm thinking that the more strict rules will make users more cautious, in effect making the ban while trading less often. or at least I hope that's the case.

This seems fair. The stricter the forums are, the safer they are from "Rule constant". Members who join soon better brush up on the rules and this new policy. I used to see a lot of new members not caring about their posts, they were usually spam with poor, poor grammar. Hopefully they can behave themselves. Luckily I have no infractions.
Does that mean that old members that were banned(and Perma-banned) like last year can await this "Trial"? I don't think so, I just want to be sure, maybe I'm too paranoid.

Dear gosh. Well, I guess that means one of my perma-banned friends could come back. Though, these people still have to prove their innocence. This seems like a good idea.

I'd assume for the privacy of the banned member, forum jail is exclusive for the Staff and the banned member.

This new system sounds great. It will hopefully get people to clean up their act, not that too many people need to. So there is a slight possibility Holy Star will come back .
