Bug/Psychic and Bug/Dark are the ones I want the most.
Beequeen (Vespiquen) should have been Bug/Psychic, since she is a hive mind and controls the Combee. I'm still mad about that.
Also, there should be a Pinsir evo that's bug/dark, since Scizor had an evo that was bug/steel. Plus Bug/Dark just makes sense for Pinsir <3
I'd also like to see a pure dragon type for once!

Dark/Fighting as others said would also be a good one.
Also Fire/Water, that would be something interesting and weird. Like a living blob of water that's top surface is on fire.

Seriously, why are so many people hung up on whether or not something will "work". It's a freaking video game, it dosen't have to be realistic. Dark/fighting could work fine. Just make an evil looking creature with fighting moves. Where the heck are people getting this crap about "honorable fighting styles" and "ninjas"?
Dark/psychic is even easier to imagine, as someone already pointed out Gochizeru would have been a perfect design for that.
I can even imagine a normal/ghost, as lousy as that would be. It could just look like a cartoony sheet ghost thing or something.
