BW/BW2 New Type Combos

Pure Flying
Electric w/ Levivate (NO WEAKNESS!)
Ice/Rock
Steel/Fire (That's NOT Legendary!)

How would you get a pure flying that can't be classed as normal as well if they haven't managed it so far? You could make cases for any number of pokemon to be pure flying. However, a pokemon with Flying as its primary type would be cool.

(BTW, I want a pure flying type too, I'm just saying its not very likely)

Remember Chatot's original type was pure flying? Eh, I was excited when I saw a pure flying type for the first time, and since Chatot was originally supposed to be pure flying, I'm sure they could come up with one.

If you were really desperated and wanted too, you could also consider an Arceus with the Sky Plate as a pure flying type, but that wouldn't be too exciting.
 
I'm gonna be honest here and say that... *ahem* my first Pokemon game was SoulSilver *koff koff* so I didn't follow any Pokemon news running up to Gen IV and I didn't know Chatot was going to pure flying. That said, I know a lot of the history and stuff concerning Pokemon since I got into it earlier this year.
 
Pure flying is never gonna happen because you can't fly forever. And chatot's typing was a mistranslation. Also I would like to have a bug/psychic

I know some have been done but to see more pokemon with that typing would be cool

Latios/Latias and Rayquaza could have been pure Flying becuause they fly forever

No, there hasn't been a pure Flying because in the original games, Fighting Type really, really sucked. It was weak against Psychic, and strong against Ice, Normal, and Bug. None of these types were commonly used by anyone. If all the bird Pokemon were pure Flying, making them resistant and strong against Fighting, there really would be absolutely no point to use any fighting Pokemon. I image that the reason there still aren't any is to keep things uniform with the original games.


Anyway, I wanna see...

A Water/Dark other than Sharpedo - An anglerfish that actually looks like an anglerfish please. :3
A Steel/Poison - Poison Arrow Frog? :p
A Ground/Bug (I can't remember if that's what Trapinch is... if he is G/B, I want another.) - Maybe a Pitfall/Trapdoor Spider?

Wormadam sand cloak and Nincada are both ground/bugs.

Eh, whatever. I want a full evo line of something cool.
Wormadam is too gimmicky and unuseable and Nincada evolves into non-Ground/Bug Pokemon.

It was also strong against Rock, Steel, and Dark.

That's Gen2. Not the original games. The main reason Steel and Dark were added were to balance Fighting and Psychic.

Grass/Fire (jack-o-lantern FTW)
Bug/Fire (fire ant FTW)
Steel/Ghost (would have been a better fit for Bronzong imo)
Fire/Ghost (Ninetales evo despite using a fire stone already haha)
Bug/Psychic (my dream typing of a Venomoth evo)
Dark/Dragon
Ice/Dragon
Grass/Ghost
