On topic:Eh not really with the way the jets did the pats cause of taking chargers players it wont be much competition to beat the pats witch had the best record for this season
The Steel Curtain won't let LT/Shonn Greene get a running game going. That will put pressure on young Mark Sanchez, and Troy Polamalu will intercept the ball a couple times.
No, I agree with you about the Packers, but the steel curtain with James Harrison, and Troy Polamalu will not be stopped against a young QB. And the offense will just overwhelm the Jets D.
I say Jets but more on a mental game note. They have the advantage of being the underdog in many cases and they have prevailed through that more. I guess their head is screwed on better or something, they might be less consistent but this run has been a bunch of upsets. Remember when everyone was like Patriots fosho.

What happened when these two teams played in the regular season? That Steel Curtain didn't look so great. I can't believe I'm saying this, but Sanchez is getting better and more experienced every game, and will lead the Jets to the Super Bowl. There.
Jets have had their run. Sanchez isn't a good QB, particularly against the Steelers' Steel Curtain. It's going to be Steelers/Packers SB, with the Steelers on top. Sorry, Packers fans, but the Steel Curtain is better than the Clay (Matthews) Curtain.
haha no way packers are goin to beat steelers big ben dont match up well against rodgers and plus packers have great offense and great d while pitt only has great d i see packers winnin super bowl argue all ya want but it is wat it is
Lol the Steelers do have a good defense but Sanchez really makes those big plays and the Jets defense isn't too shabby either. I say Jets have a better offense too. Jets are going to be hitting key plays and getting an early lead, then Steelers will struggle to comeback with their lackluster offense. They are depending on their Defense so the only way they can win is if Roethlisberger picks it up.
I would go with the Steelers. See look, the last game with the Steelers and the Jets. Two of the Steeler's best players were out. Troy Polamalu and Aaron Smith, those guys are the key to defense and look how close we were to winning. Last 2 seconds and missed a catch to the touchdown, and that's without Troy or Aaron. Even then, Steelers ALWAYS play better in the second half.
If Pittsburgh's defense was so good, why didn't they beat the Jets at home in Week 15? And don't give me the excuse "'cause Polamalu wasn't playing; that's why we lost."
^ Because it was a VERY close game. They had 2 fairly easy chances to make the touchdown, and they didn't make it. I think Polamalu will make that difference.
