My computers usage keeps spiking from like 20% to 100%, over and over.

Ive used like 3 anti-virus softwares, and have uninstalled and deleted pretty much everything on my computer. Any advice?

Which o/s?

If Windows, open Task Manager and see which process is doing.

To clarify on what omahanime is saying, you'll want to go look at your processes (look at the Processes tab in Task Manager) and sort them by CPU usage. Let us know which process is hogging all of the CPU's time.

I need help with my speakers. Whenever I play them at first, they play sound really slow, and sounds all scratchy and distorted. Can anyone help me?

P.S. - The effects go away after about 30 min. of continuous use, till I turn them or my computer off.

You could always check for updated driver at the computer manufacturer's website.

Also, try opening "msconfig" and making sure that you are only booting the necessary programs at start-up.

That helped with my CPU Usage.

Do not do it that way. Get autoruns.exe from Microsoft. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx

^ Pretty much all of this. Microsoft's autoruns.exe is fer more complete and in depth.

Any opinion about Windows 8 or Surface tablet?

I'm actually very interested in the Surface tablet. I had a Samsung Galaxy Tab (the original) before and tablets have always appealed to me since. The fact that there's a keyboard integrated to the case is very nice. I'm just waiting to hear what the price point is to decide whether I'd want it or not.

From what I have read. Windows 8 is good for people involved with social media.

Hey, I recently got a Ainol Novo 7 Mars Android Tablet, and it can play games like Angry Birds, but is Chinese based. I tried to get it to connect to Wifi, and eventually did, but I still cannot go to the internet, despite being connected to Wifi. When I try to make it a Portable Hotspot, all devices I try have connection issues.

What do see when you connect to the Wifi?

You are trying to make a tablet that has no internet access a hotspot. Why?

Not access a hotspot. BE a hotspot.

It connects, and then when I go onto the internet it won't work.

That is what I meant to say. Does it have a cellular connection?

Is that an open wifi signal or a secure network?

It is secure I think, because it requires a password.

What is cellular connection? Wifi anywhere like a phone? No if you mean that.

Does anyone know Of a good cropping app for the I pod? And I mean not just cropping a square but like free cropping for making sprite fusions? Sorta like the cropper on Paint. I want to be able to make sprites on the go.

Check the band of the router and the tablet. If the tablet is using B or G band and the router is N band. You would be able to sign into the network, but not see the internet. Also try connecting to an open hotspot, like at a restaurant.

You are trying to use it as a router, I do not believe it will work that way.

I am planning on using GIMP to make new avvies/banners. I am wondering how to get new fonts in. If i try to go straight into the windows font folder it says this fille may be harmful to computer. Am i still able to put a TrueType font in to that folder with no problems(downloading from Dafont)?
