Hahahaha! They finally did it. We now, from the beginning of Black/White on, have a counterpart to every single Trainer from Base Set, except Super Energy Removal (wonder why that didn't happen... ;p) Of course, some (like Bill, Defender and Pokemon Center) have pretty lose counterparts, but eh.
Incidentally, I've been wanting Pokemon Flute back, so I love Target Whistle. It makes Dusknoir much, much more powerful. Can work pretty handily with things like Empoleon, too, though it's probably not worth using just for that. This might just be the death blow for Exeggcute and maybe even Jirachi-EX. Substitute Robot is amazing, too. And I didn't see it coming. The last time we had a Trainer that became a Pokemon was what, Arceus? Just knew we'd get a card based on Lysandre's contraption, and it's an interesting one for sure. I can see Virizion/Genesect using it, but don't know if much else will.
Venomoth is my favourite Pokemon, so always nice to see another one. As usual, it's an interesting card. I'd actually say its effect is arguably more powerful than ones that just plain lock out Trainers, since it tempts the opponent to use some of them instead of just leaving them all in their hand until they can shut off your Trainer lock. Plus it stops Supporters AND Items, which makes it extremely powerful. Probably won't be too viable since it doesn't deal damage, but I can guarantee I'll use it. Shame Lumineon sucks, it's another Pokemon I like. I'm surprised regular Manectric-EX has a solid 2-energy attack also. Gourgeist is going to be super-fun. Looking forward to that, even though it's ultimately not very good. (If only its attack was cheaper...) Slurpuff is interesting, but I don't know if it's worth using. And heh, Heatran is nice. We get a good Metal non-EX attacker finally.
