I'ts http://www.ubdesigner.com/ I think... I make mine on my computer so I don't use that but I've heard of it.

Well there is another program if I am not mistaken that is by UBdesigner.com which lets you put slides in. I will look through the post for those UB's and start on one of them I will do the first one requested that has not been done.

I make mine in The Gimp and it's really quite easy.
I can't get the hang of the web things, and there too slow.
Try googling UBanimator.
