King grinned. "Hit me with your best shot," King says. He pulls out his sword, and throws it on the ground. He heats the ground once again, right where the sword is. He picks it up, glowing red hot, but he is unphazed by the heat. He braces himself for the imminent attack, ready to block, and says, "freeze this, Vaporeon!"

King looks over his shoulder, studying the crowd. He shouts. " Hey! There's at least ten of us, and only two of them! We can take them! The time to act is now. Follow the King and rebel against the unfair aristocrats! You. Conckeldurr. You look like a powerful Pokemon, I'm sure you can easily take out that Blastoise!"

Myzer needed to intervene here, otherwise many Pokemon could be injured.

"No!" He barked, now in the form of a nearby Serperior. "Don't be foolish. This Vaporeon has much more speed and power than all of you combined. She could take you down without blinking."

King looked at him defiantly. "Only cowards run and hide, Zoroark. Yeah, I know what you are, 'cause you can't mask your voice! And who's to judge what this Vaporeon can do? I'm still unhurt!"

King looks at Vaporeon. "I'm still willing to talk, but if you fire that arrow, I'm going all out!

Myzer shrugged, transforming back into his natural form as he strode towards the Nidoking.

"You might notice that 'cowards' generally live longer than noble soldiers who jump into battle without thought. Pick your battles. If you don't have the money, then here." Myzer flipped a coin to him. "There is no need for excess violence and meaningless combat."

Miku glances at the ignorant Nidoking, and just shakes her head. "Brain over broad," She muttered to herself, and sat down to watch the fight. She wanted to make sure she learned every little bit of their fighting techniques as possible - she wanted to know what to do if she met in battle with these fierce Pokemon someday.

"I'm beginning to suspect that that coin the Venusaur is missing is the one in you hand. I don't need coins anyways. I hav plenty!" King says. He pulls out a pouch, loaded with silver pieces. "And I still want Vaporeon's response." King pushes the Zoroark away. He says, "now be quiet! I am trying not to get shot here!" King reverts to his original stance.

Ooc: I am not trying to be a jerk, I am just following my description of King's arrogant and prideful charisma.

Myzer shrugged. "If you want to be a fool, so be it," he said, stepping back. "Fire away," He invited the Vaporeon, and then walked away.

Alex imput the new data into his head. Based on how easily the Vaporeon dealt with the Nidoking's first attack, he decided a fight would not in his best imterest. He pulled out a gold coin and placed it in the Blastoise's box before continuing on to the town.

As the Conkeldurr walked past the Vaporeon (and completely ignored the Nidoking), he stopped right next to her. He leaned his head to the side a bit towards the Vaporeon, presumably going to speak something.
"Don't be afraid to go all-out on this guy," he whispered. "Bad boys do need to be punished, after all."
After he spoke his slightly raspy but powerful voice, he dropped a coin in the small box and carried on.

Now only King has yet to pay, leaving them the only two out of town with the Blastoise and Vaporeon. Concerning, the Vaporeon, she wouldn't fire. Probably she was ordered not to attack unless attacked, or she prefers not to look like an overaggresive fighter. Either way, she wouldn't move unless King would make one. Neither did she look like the person in the mood to talk it out. After all, the guy was fighting over a single gold coin, so if he wanted to spend the effort to avoid paying, so be it.

For those that have went into town, many of the people were heading straight for the inn; the carriage wouldn't move on until tomorrow morning, so staying for the rest of the day was a given. The town certainly looked far from lively anyway, no open markets in sight. The only building besides the relatively-larger inn with an obvious identity was the tavern, the traditional double door not currently in use from anyone as of now. There has to be some store somewhere; how else would the people get their necessities? Yet, all that seems to be in sight was a few shifty alleys and wooden houses down the straight road in this petite town on the border of Rogu.

"Well this place is rather boring, may as well crash early," Miku sighed as she headed into the Inn, got her room, and immediately went to it.

King looked at the Blastoise. "I want to know why you are taking our money. You may think I am selfish and fighting over a single coin, but I am fighting to protect the us travelers from the unjust. If you give me a reason that I deem fair, I will give you a sum of 10 silver coins, to pay for your time. If not, I will leave, but I cannot take on you and the Vaporeon at once without expending massive energy. That Zoroark was right. cowardice keeps you alive, but I am willing to take risks to defend my beliefs." King lowers his sword, and awaits the response of the Blastoise. He was intrigued by the fact that Vaporeon did not fire. Maybe she didn't have the power, or the heart. Either way, he was done fighting unless that arrow was fired.

OOC: welp, here goes absolutely nothing :\
In: "AAH!!!" Screams were heard at the center of town as a Zangoose by the name of Shade fought against a Seviper. Shade was badly poisoned and out sped by the Seviper. "Give up!" said the Seviper. "You cant win!" The Seviper had wrapped himself around Shade and put its blade to his neck. ~It's over,~ Shade thought in his head. ~There's no way i can win now. If only someone could step in and help.~

King hears the screams. He looks towards town. In the distance, he sees a brutally injured Zangoose being assaulted by a Seviper. He concentrates, and sends a missile like blast of Earth at the Seviper. He looks at Blastoise. "I can at least help in one way today."

OOC: Well I'm not doing anything, and that's just tempting.

IC: Myzer walked up to the Zangoose and Seviper. "You've got yourself into a bit of trouble now haven't you?" He said, amused. "If there was no one around, you would be dead." He sighed.

"Why is it that Zangoose are so quick to fight with Seviper, even when they have no chance?"

(Woah. Hold on, patrick. I'm particularly confused as to how King could fire a pulse of earth at the Seviper when the post said that the screams were heard from the center of town, and King hasn't even gotten in the town yet. Or is the town honestly that small? I don't think it's that small, Miku was able to get an inn rental just fine; if it was a small town that people passed through, surely there wouldn't be much vacancy, if any, assuming the inn was small to accomodate for the size of the town.)

The Conkeldurr turned to his side almost immediately, quickly hearing the pair of old rivals fighting in the center of the town. He found this a perfect opportunity to get himself known throughout Rogu...well, this was a start. A small one at that.
"This is the first bit of action I've got in a while..."
He unsheathed his blade, then began to run in the direction of the sound. Though it wasn't too fast, it was loud enough to alert everyone that something was coming.

EDIT: OOC: ok if thats the case should i delete this post?
Shade looked to the left as he heard an ear-splitting noise come from out of nowhere. A blast of earth came hurdling toward him like a cannon-ball. Shade had to act quick or he would get hit by it as well as the Seviper. Shade summoned all of his energy to claw the Seviper in the face, making him unravel and flinch. The Seviper got hit by the earth ball and it sent him flying toward a building and sending him through the wall. Shade panted and looked to where the make-shift cannon-ball originated. He saw a burly looking Nidoking standing there. Shade could barely get up.

And by the time the Conkeldurr had gotten there, the problem had been taken care of. He didn't exactly question this, as this was just another problem that someone had gotten out of the way.

(The inn would be relatively large as travellers are more common, but that is still qutie a distance.)

"Hmph," the Blastoise said, putting the box away. "You know, I think it's better not to argue with you at all. Have a nice day. Come on, you," he prompted the Vaporeon. "Let's just get going." The Vaporeon looked at King and then the center of town before following the man.
