Stern has vetoed the CP3 trade. He needs to go, now. He is undoubtedly the worst commissioner in history, from the blatant fixing of the 2002 Western Conference Finals to his poor judgment in vetoing this trade.

Stern has tainted the game we all love by not allowing players to make contact and play the game like it should be, and not allowing players to naturally express their emotions like they should be able to. Basketball is an intense game, and he's taking the fun out of it. There's no excuse for this. Stern has to go.

If this trade did go through, the power struggle in the West would've went entirely towards the Lakers' favor.

I don't really think so. The Hornets would have gotten Martin and Scola from the Rockets, as well as Odom from the Lakers; that's a pretty good return.

The Hornets were one of those teams on the fence in the West. The trade would've pushed them over the edge and make them playoff-bound, but that would've probably been it.

With LA, OKC and Dallas all really strong, NO would have a hard time advancing in the playoffs then.

In other news, Brandon Roy has contemplated retirement due to constant nagging injuries during his playing career. It's a shame that a talented, young player has to be cursed by injuries.

Brandon Roy was a good player for Portland, it's a shame injuries have to force retirements of players when they are still in their primes.

Well, Stern vetoed the trade because his is, in part, the owner of the Hornets, since the NBA is in control of that franchise.

At least, that's what I think.

I think maybe because people already accused Stern of favoring the Lakers, so people like Mark Cuban who outspokenly had a problem with the trade put Stern under pressure to protect his image (even though it's broken beyond repair, in my opinion).

Now, they're getting the green light to restructure the deal between the Lakers, Hornets and Rockets.

Well, seemingly overshadowed by the controversy surrounding the CP3 trade, Superman is still looking to be traded as well. Right now, it looks as if the Nets are the team he has his eyes set on. Howard has stated he would like to play with D-Will.

Ugh, I watched the Lehigh and NDSU (North Dakota St.) game and boy, did Lehigh get pushed around, losing 24-0. The game was on ESPN3.com and the "WatchESPN" app.

Just days before, they lost All-American WR Ryan Spadola because he forwarded a tweet that had derogatory remarks towards the Towson team they defeated the week before.

Still undefeated Indiana knocked off top-ranked Kentucky today in college basketball on Christian Watford's game-winner.

Looking like my Falcons suck today. 16-7 and they can't get anything done on either side of the ball. Against the Panthers.
