The problem I've noticed is that in tourneys, people have trouble playing the person they're supposed to play. I have designed this league to be both relaxing and competitive. It's quite simple; you post here saying you want to join and providing your Hamachi username in that post. I will PM you the network for this league (along with the password).
In this league, you can play two types of games. The first one is a normal game, and can be played as often as you want. The second type is optional and is called a challenge.
I have decided to create the old ladder system. You may challenge anyone up to four rankings above you. If you are ranking #12, you may challenge either #8, #9, #10, or #11, depending on who's online. If you win the challenge, you will move up to the place you've beat while the rest moves down; in other words, if you beat #9, you take #9 while #9 becomes #10 and #10 becomes #11 and #11 takes your old spot. You may not play a challenge more than once a week. So if you win/lose a challenge, you cannot challenge another person or be challenged.
Additionally, to stay in this league, you must play against someone else in this league and then PM me the results. Both of the people who played have to PM me the result and tell me if it was a challenge. You must play at least once a month with other people in this league. I will keep records of when you've last played. If you have not played for a month, I will now simply boot you off the league if you don't tell me that you were busy/gone/away/etc.
One last thing, I will place you on the ladder in order of posts. That said, since I'm posting this, I'm going to be on the #1 spot right now. Sounds unfair I know, but I'm not bound to stay there forever. Only question is: are you going to be the one to get to the top?
