There is no pokemon out there that can travel "into" the sun.
So that means the word "into" is refering to transformation.
The only pokemon that does that is Castform.

No. Think of the wording more carefully instead of guessing random Pokémon.

Grotle? Its Diamond Pokedex entry says it leaves the forest to sunbathe its treed shell.
