Also does it need to be a happiny? or can it be a Chansey? Chansey would be easier to make and it would also allow me to create better overall IVs (Other than the 31 Def and SpD).

I really don't care. As long as the final output evolution is a Blissey with a Bold nature and a 31 in both Def and SpD. So ether a Chansey or Hapinny will be fine.

Ok. I can get you those Pokemon, but, I can't guarantee the abilities. Soft Resetting will not help. There is still a chance that you WILL get those abilities, but it's not guaranteed. Is that still ok?

Oh, and Ace:

I don't know if it's too late or not, but I would like the Bold nature Chansey with a 31 in Def and SpD to have the ability Serene Grace. If that's too hard, or you have already made the pokemon, that's ok too. Thanks.
