BW/BW2 Probopass Evo?

If it was a Probopass/Nosepass evo it would have a big nose. And anyways, Probopass already had a Special evolution method, i.e; Mt Coronet. Pokemon that have a Special evolution method don't get futher evolution, only split, which is rare. also, do they look the same:

Also Probopass and nosepass is based on a moai statue:

Okay, seriously. Just because it doesn't look like Probopass automatically disqualifies it as an evolution. Uh, no.

Does Remoraid look anything like Octillery? How about Gloom and Bellossom? Trapinch and Vibrava? Clamperl doesn't look like Huntail or Gorebyss.

Don't think I'm supporting it as a Probopass evolution, but the whole "It doesn't look like Probopass = Not an evo" garbage should stop.
 
I believe this Pokemon is both arguably, and probably going to be a split-evolution of Nosepass. It should seem pretty obvious that it could be the counterpart evolution to Probopass.

It would probably have high attack, or special attack; maybe semi-high defenses..

It'd make a nice competitive battling Pokemon if any of my speculation, read above, were true.

Even though it looks partly unlike Nosepass, the color scheme alone makes it very much like it. I don't see the harm in Nosepass having such an awesome-looking evolution, but that's just me.

Remoraid is based of a gun and Octillery of a tank, also Remoraid is partly based of the fish Remora, a fish with suction cups on its heads (just like Octillery has suction cups), these fishes are seen clinging to bigger fish like a shark or manta ray (Mantine) How about Gloom and Bellossom? Originally Bellossom had a blue body, with that chance made it would suite its evolution line very well, although this sudden color-chance was made for an unknown reason, but it still looks like Gloom I think Trapinch and Vibrava? Trapinch is based on an antlion Clamperl doesn't look like Huntail or Gorebyss. And Clamperl... all I can say is that the items caused an extreme evolution, I'm sure there is a reason why

Anyway an evolution of Probopass would be impossible (it isn't garbage), only the reason is different. Pokemon that have evolved in a special way before never evolve again (except Porygon, but it's artificial and so it has to have an articial way of evolving), but yes a Nosepass split evolution would be possible, however except the color I don't see the link

Probopass will most likely NOT have this Pokemon as an evolution, if you'd read through this thread and consider the slim possibility. It's more likely that it would evolve from Nosepass.

I don't know where you guys got the idea he's a nosepass probopass evo. There based off of Maoi Statues. This new pokemon looks nothink like a maoi statue. nuff said
 
It really looks like a Nosepass split evolution, but the evil face don't have much with Nosepass to do, so i'm looking forward to see what it is:D

Nope, nobody did. It hasn't much use to explain something big in these threads. It will be ignored and people will spam on their own, sometimes ridiculous, ideas. This is something I've noticed a lot of times.

Like the fact that Probopass can't even evolve at all.

So basically this thread is spam *o* MAJOR SHOCKER! Read my post! It basically proves it is not a Evo of Nosepass/Probopass. gezz

No you didn't prove anything at all. Knowing that Nose/Probopass are based of Moai statues is something you should at least know. So yes I am aware that they're based of these Moai statues, and yes I admit that the new Pokemon doesn't look like one at all. But how would you deal with its color scheme. Blue with red rocks. It's identical to Nose & Probopass their color scheme. And it isn't an usual color scheme either.

And besides everybody on here is discussing about an unclear sprite. I'd like to wait till its Sugi art is revealed. Even then we cannot conclude much about its evolution line at all.

But wouldn't it have a HUGE nose if it was a Nosepass evo? I think we can all rule this as not related...
 
I don't really think it's a Probopass evolution, but then, I could be wrong about that. What it does really resemble is Nosepass. Look at it's main body. It's the same shape as a Nosepass. While the nose is significantly less pronounced in this new guy, the body and colorscheme must mean the two are related.

Probably yes. But what if it's based one something which is also found in that culture. Some stone building. Ah well, I'm just guessing. We just don't know. I'm not saying they are related, I only say there is a possibility.
 
I think it has something to do with meteors. It looks very bulky and stonelike, just as a meteor. My guess is a meteor monster not related to the Probo/Nosepass family. May be one of the similarities between B/W and R/S... Like the similarities they did between D/P and G/S in the IV gen. Expect many new III gen evos and a remake of R/S!!
 
Personally I think it will be a Nosepass split-evo that will be rock/electric with some unusual way of evolving.

That's what I'm hoping for. Rock Steel for Probopass was such a kick in the balls. Maybe they'll rectify it.
 
People always jump to conclusions with these things. =p (I.E. Munna being Drowzee pre-evo and this being a nosepass/probopass evo. )

Besides same coloring there is really no evidence to go off of. It could be related to nosepass in some way but it is most likely not an evolution of probopass or nosepass. =)

Unfortunately, the color and body shape are all we have to go on :( I would love for this pokemon to be a Nosepass split evo.

Where is the the Sugimori art when we need it?
