Effect:9/10 Original concept, nice timing, what's not to like?
Color Usage:6.5/10 As thunder can also be related to a cloud, you could've added in Shiny Altaria and gone with some white bordering. Not losing points for the lack of Altaria, just a suggestion. Yellow was abit busy as BR said.
Effort:8.5/10 I can see you put some time and thought into it. All anyone can really ask.
Originality:7/10 The TC itself wasn't very original, but the substance made up for it rather well.
Relation to the Challenge:9.5/10 It matches. All that needs to be said

Effect: 6/10 It was alright. I liked the background, but feel it could've used a little more.
Color Useage: 8.5/10: you made it easy to look at, completery to a certain array of colors and well put toghther. Nice work!
Effort: 6.5/10 BR said it all. Concept is awsome and original, effort is lacking.
Originallity: 7.5/10: You stuck with a theme, but a new creative twist on the TC itself would've helped you here.
Relation to the Challenge: 6.5/10 I love pushing the limit's of words *like you did with theme) but the card itself is far from custom and your only real addtions was an alternat color scheme.
Overall: 6.5/10 A rather meh entry. The concept was there, the using of it wasn't great. A custom TC would've saved you here.

Effect: 9/10 Loved it, the seashell bagdes really caught my eye and the squirtle's transparency was beautiful.
Color Useage: 9/10 You managed to not overwell the eye and keep to a central themed color scheme. Brilliant.
Effort: 9.5/10 I couldn't have done this if you gave me a year XD. I think any more would've made it too busy.
Originallity: 8/10 Extremely original, BR has some reason's which I'll respect, but it was pretty dang good XD
Relation to the Challenge: 10/10 It fit eperfectly with the challenge, no real flaws or eye catchers that dimminish it, custom TC and sprite holders, way to go!
Overall: 9/10 it didn't just work. it worked overtime XD. I would've loved to see a TC that wasn't square, but I don't hold it against anbody with a custom TC. Best entry IMO. Keep up the good work.

Effort: 7.5/10 TC's aren't one of your better skills, that's apparent, but TC's are going under anyway (Trainer Pass >>> TC)
Originallity: 6/10 The effect was original....but it was like every other box card :/
Relation to the Challenge: 6.5/10 Fire.....and more Fire....
Overall: 6/10 Not really my taste, the effect had nothing to really affect. Orange isn't my color though :/

Effect: 9/10 a great contrast between the cooled lava and new snow look. The custom color of each mon's place holder was sweet! Almost missed that.
Color Usage: 8/10 Two contradicting colors contrast wonderfully. I don't see why the shiny Vaporeon was used over Espeon, them both being the same color scale of brightness and depth, but that's just me. You lost no points for that. My only little pet-peeve is the female symbol on the ice background. Since there was no real pattern, I feel that the red on ble and reverse would look more fiiting. Again, you lost no points, just my 2 cents XD.
Effort: 9/10 There's an overall simplicity that gives it it's complexity. Psychedelic.
Originallity: 9/10 I liked, especially the custom background.
Relation to Challenge: 8/10 The color was awsome and your a fan of eevee's, but I don't see anything that really ties them toghther. Still a great TC.
Overall: 9/10 You are a great cyber asrtist and I look forward to seeing more from you.

Effect: 8/10 Lovely. The pink flowers where rather random though. The grass on the bar is anice little detail XD
Color Useage: 6/10 My favorite color, but too much of a good thing is bad. You could;ve sponged off Venasaur's teal for a secondary color that would've complemented and worked well.
Effort: 8/10 It was apparent. Not breath takingly obvious, but apparent
Originallity: 7.5/10 It was decently original, but lacked a real firm point of idea.
Relation to the Challenge: 9.5/10 Grass theme, Grass background, not overwellming. Not half bad mate XD
Overall: 7.5/10 Pokeball, Go...away from the otherwise pretty good TC. Needed color really. Nice work though, keep it up!

Originality: 8/10 From my point of view pretty good. But with that kind of effect, you'd think something other then a square would be considered. Concept Rocked!
Relation to Challenge: 7/10 The sheer cold..I mean size of it made it an average banner and grotesque TC. Loved it though
Overall: 7.5/10 The blinding lack of caps on the only text in the whole card is really annoying. I'm a caps freak, what can I say XD But the card itself had a firm background and effort. Keep it up, go my Immortal brother :F

Effect: 6/10 Not my style, the little sprites give too much extra room and the constant repeat of Manetric is uneded, and could use some real awsome element of your-own-ness.
Color Useage: 7/10 The red murder's it, the sivlery boxes matching cloud linning is awsome, but the red... yeck
Effort: 7.5/10 I can see some effort, but a little too much copy and pasting maybe?
Originality: 8/10 Abit boxy but still pretty decently, acceptable on the creative meter.
Relation to the Challenge: 7.5/10 Again, we run into the size issuse, but you made a smaller draft to fit that, but it's illegable, so meh.
Overall: 7/10 Really could've used some more TLC. Remeber, to win: All you need i love, love. Love is all you need
