Effect: 7/10 Looks cool. I think that the whole simulation of lightning is a cool touch, but it's happening way too often. I don't really like the idea of thunderbolts in place of Badges, I mean this is still supposed to be a Trainer Card.
Color Usage: 8/10 Different shades of yellow, looks good, albeit kind of plain, but you can only have so many kinds of yellow. Rayquaza really stands out.
Effort: 8/10
Originality: 9/10 This is the first time I ever seen something like this. Still looks like a normal TC, as B-Ray pointed out.
Relation to the Challenge: 9/10 Fits the theme just fine, but it still looks like a normal TC.

Effect: 8/10 Ooh, this is different. I'm not sure I agree with making the top and bottom match the Pokemon. It makes the background look like it doesn't really belong. But a cyberspace theme, cool.
Color Usage: 8/10 Again, I don't agree with making everything match Porygon, but at least those two blend well.

Relation to the Challenge: 8/10 Cyberspace isn't really an element. And it's not really a custom card. But you got the uniqueness factor down.

Everything is great. I love every bit of it. The reflection, the way the colors blend... it's great. I also liked the use of the Badges from the box you carry on hand, and the reflection or whatever you did with them so they're not all flat was great. And you have Froslass. You, sir, get a 60 from me.

Effect: 6/10 ARGH MY EYES RED ON GRAY ARGH ARGH ARGH. It's an eyesore to read the text. The border doesn't bother me as much as it does B-Ray, but it still looks out of place. The whole thunder theme is cool, but the giant Sugimori Manectric totally KILLS this picture. Also the little catchphrase is not needed. Also your thundercloud things aren't lined up.
Color Usage: 8/10 Decent, but god that red is so horrible.
Effort: 7/10 Looks mainly like a multiple copy and paste job.
Originality: 10/10 Sure, it's unique
Relation to the Challenge: 10/10 hard to go wrong here

Effect: 8/10 - I like the concept, but it's SLIGHTLY too fast for me... normal thunder effects are slightly slower, and this could have done with that.
Color Usage: 8/10 - A LITTLE thick on the yellow, but other than that I don't see much wrong with it. Another colour may have been nice though...
Effort: 8.5/10 - Yeah, the effort is definitely there.
Originality: 7.5/10 - Can't say I've seen this on a TC, although everything fits stereotypically. Still, if it aint broke, don't fix it, right?
Relation to the Challenge: 10/10 - Well, it's a TC, and it's elemental... ya, that's that.
Overall: 8/10 - I would have rather seen slightly LESS yellow, since it was a little OTT here. But overall it's good.

Relation to the Challenge: 5.5/10 I - I'm not in total agreeance with the whole ELEMENTAL theme here... it's a theme, but the challenge stated ELEMENTAL TC's, and this isn't really that. Argue Normal Typed if you want, but the TC's theme isn't Normal Typed at all - it's a virtual theme, and the two words aren't the same.
Overall: 7/10 - I liked it overall, but it didn't relate to the challenge particularly well. The point of a custom TC has already been made, but it may have helped your chosen theme to make one...

It's REALLY good, but perhaps the theme could have been a little closer to the ELEMENTAL side... I dunno. Shoot me if you will
Overall: 10/10 - Get those nasty "fluke" thoughts out of your head now! You have more talent than someone like me could EVER have, and you use it to the fullest extent every round. Don't ever give this up.

Overall: 8/10 - Thecard banner itself is awesome, but it ISN'T a TC and so I have to take points off for that somewhat... nice artwork, but relation to challenge is key.

Relation to Challenge: 9/10 - Well, it's a TC that is pretty custom and has an element to it... it's just a tad blatant in its correlation. Using less obvious links would have made it more customized, and so it would have been better that way.

Relation to Challenge: 9.5/10 - TC? Check. Custom? Double-check. Elemental Theme? Well... mostly - it didn't stick to one element (nature of the Eevee I spose), so that's where the half went. It's REALLY good, but perhaps the theme could have been a little closer to the ELEMENTAL side... I dunno. Shoot me if you will
Overall: 10/10 - Get those nasty "fluke" thoughts out of your head now! You have more talent than someone like me could EVER have, and you use it to the fullest extent every round. Don't ever give this up.
Total: 58/60 (sorry, but MK's is that 0.5 of a point better IMO)
Yeah, I thought that Moneyking would win out over me, but I'm still quite proud of it, regardless. Thanks for the compliment. xD

Just a note:We still need scores from HS and KG.....so if you see them, tell them I'm hunting them down (loads shotgun) lol
Hopefully I can bug (I mean get....yeah get) them to finish by tonight. If this is the reoccuring theme, we may switch to 5 Judges in the future challenges.....depending on what happens. Next Seasons Project Custom will definately not have 7....It looked sweet on paper but when it comes down to it, these judges just either dont care or cant find the time....and we all know Project Custom is more important than that xD

Well, its time to move forward.....like those who dont turn in their work on time, judges are no exception. Heavenly Spoon:F and Kevin Garrett have been relieved of judging in Project Custom....so we still have an Odd number so things should go much easier.
On another note, lets go over this challenge.....
I was very impressed with some of the work that went into this.....espcially some of the Custom ones.....so congrats! I hope you all continue making Trainer Cards and create new, fun and exciting Trainer Cards!
First let me announce the winner of this challenge. Winning 3/5 Votes for a clear majority, Monkeyking63 is the winner of Challenge #4! Congrats Monkeyking. Wes and Pika2 tied for second with one of the other two votes each. Good work, you all are in, and congrats!
Now onto the bottom scores.....this decision was way harder to make. We actually had to go to a tiebraker vote for this one....two artists had two votes each to be out and I went to a friend for a tiebraker. Im sorry to announce The Sinnoh Champ is out. You didnt see the thread until late, and turned in a sub-par Trainer Card that was also late. I hope to see you in the next Project Custom, and hope that you will put some more effort into other works in your future. Congrats on getting this far :]

Challenge #5-Create an Avatar that has a Spy Theme. This Challenge is the only one in Project Custom that does NOT have to be pokemon related. Text and Animation is Optional.
I havent seen many avvys yet, and a Spy theme should be definately fun to watch. This challenge ends on Tuesday March 11th at 9:00 PM EST. Good Luck!

I dont think that 3 days is too short....its an avatar. In fact, I just finished my example :]
There it is....a TON of work went into this....about 4 hours. All done on Photoshop.....except I used a stickfigure animator for the basic stickfigure Image. I scratched the faces. The Backround was off Google and thats it :] LMK how you guys like it.....anyone is welcome to use it as theyre avvy :]
