Relation to Challenge
NOTE:
I maintained my avatar as Pokemon-related to symbolize that I'm a Pokemon fan in heart despite the fact that this Challenge is the only one in Project Custom that does NOT have to be Pokemon-related. And because it's very hard for me to create a non Pokemon-related artwork. It will be a new experience for me if I do that and I'm already adept at making artworks that are Pokemon-related, unlike creating an artwork that is totally not Pokemon-related. Plus, the challenge only allows to create a non Pokemon-related artwork, but not actually restricts us from making a Pokemon-related one.
Spy theme :duh:... I can't understand it. To blend with the word spy, I chose some spies for the images (which are Giovanni's spies: Annie and Oakley). It's because the first thing that appears in my mind when I hear the word "spy" were actually Annie and Oakley. I absolutely chose these good-looking spies from Pokemon Heroes because they are my favorite and they are well-equipped in the movie. These spies use all kinds of high-tech gadgets to search for Latias and Latios in the canal city of Altomare. And they are somehow intelligent too, (as Giovanni's spies). Unfortunately for them, they failed on their mission on the end of the movie and was thrown in jail.....
And I tried to emphasize their eyes by darkening the image (via animation effects) until the eyes were left as the visible part. To further emphasize that, I used these green beam effects that intersect/meet in their eye/s. I want to emphasize the 'eyes/s' because for me (my opinion...), the eyes are one of the symbols that appropriately describe spying. Eyes, together with the other senses, are used to collect informations needed. And of course, you have to be attentive with your eyes if you want to report reliable and needed informations. But don't mistake me on this one, I'm not trying to tell that the other senses are not important, it's just that because the eyes are somehow really needed, and it will be quite difficult to spy without the eyes. Sometimes if possible, eyes are used to justify or support what you actually hear (if they are lies or truths). Eyes are also helpful if you want to collect written informations in their computers,books,personal diaries and many other possible references.

I recolored (or changed the color of) the text ellipsis so that will blend with the dark sky background. It's because the difference in colors of my previous avatar ruined its appeal. I also put some extra effects in the part where the "green beams" intersect (well please have a look at that because I can hardly explain it in English...). Well, it's not a really big change in the outside appearance, but surely, I took HOURS in finishing that. Only expert animators can really understand how hard it is, actually...

Personal Comments
The challenges are getting hard (but I like it !!) and I have the feeling that I'll be out this turn around. I'll use this opportunity to bid goodbye to all of you if somehow I'll be the next one to be dropped from the list. I certainly enjoyed Project Custom, and I'm proud I've been selected in here as one of the fifteen contestants who are very good in spriting and making banners etc... But I think this is the end for me. I'm very busy in my real life, and I know you all know it too. With the increase of my homeworks plus studying for the successive exams in the school, I certainly can't think straight on the ideas I have to use for this challenge. And studying would be my first priority, I'll rather study for the exam overnight than going to make my avatar "the most perfect" (and thus leaving the study habits behind, the result will probably be low grades in school...). I'm happy to be part of Project Custom. By the way, good luck for the remaining participants, especially Moneyking63, who won two times from the previous challenges (and because he is really doing very well in the contest, I mean REALLY) and it's also because he
rocks !
And B-Ray, I congratulate you for making the contest great and well-organized, and I thank you for making the contest one of the greatest contests I've ever participated.
