Just use this one for now; it's not worth it to bump the other one. I'll mark this as a mea culpa on my end.

Mea culpa is Latin for "screw-up" correct?

WPM I would be able to lend the Squirtles. Heck, you could keep those- but other than that I don't know.

Anyway the decision as to whether I go or not is now up to my dad, who is usually pretty lenient. Expect me to be there. :)

Yes, mea culpa is Latin for "my fault".

As for the Blastoise/Keldeo deck, I could probably lend the SSUs, a Wartortle, maybe some Cilans...just real basic staple stuff. I don't have the key cards of the deck.

I'm going. Woohoo!
I now have to decide between Ho-Oh and DMT for my deck. Thoughts?

DMT? Darkrai-Mewtwo-Terrakion? That's what I'd go for if I were you. Ho-Oh has consistency problems.

I thought DMT was Darkrai/Mewtwo/Tornadus, lol.
I actually have no idea what to take. Probally Darkrai/Landorus, but I need help with a list...

If you can build it right, Ho-oh is beast (just ask Pooka). However, it's incredibly hard to nail that small target of an optimal build, and it's even harder to play it correctly. DMT is probably the safer choice, but if you're confident in your Ho-oh playing abilities, I would recommend that.

I'm pretty sure I'm going. but should I play darkrai/lando/hammers or lando/mewtwo/siglyph(spelled wrong)?

FYI, yes, Sigilyph has two I's. Kind of odd since it only has one eye.

I'd say play LandoTwo. Sigilpyh will help you against Keldeo.

Should I feel sad that everyone besides myself, WPM, and Meaty who posted in this topic are Seniors?

*Sigh*

From the other thread...

I'm actually planning on making it too. I have the following Monday off and it's the closest Regionals to me (it would be the second time I've gone on the boat for Pokemon haha).

dmaster out.

dmaster just made me feel really stupid.

@Elite Stride: Seniors for this tourney season are anyone born in the years 1998, 1999, 2000, or 2001. Masters are 1997 or earlier. Most of the tourney-goers themselves are Masters, but most players on Pokebeach tend to be Seniors. I have my theories on why that is the case, though...

Pff. My ignorance is slightly amusing, thanks for that! I guess that would put me in Masters (oh great), and this whole time I keep thinking I read somewhere that seniors was something like 16+.

Does it have to be Blastoise/Keldeo? I could look through my card collection and see what cards I have otherwise.

It is what it is. I think teenagers tend to like this kind of thing, so there you go.

Decided to play Ho-Oh. I just love it too much.

Lol most seniors are considered "pre-teens" in my opinion.

Considering the fact ages 11-12 are preteen, and Seniors is ages 11-14, only about half would actually be considered preteens. Just me nitpicking though.
