BW/BW2 The Future Games Speculation Thread

Hear me out, you know it would be cool:

Exclusive for the 3DS, but with B/W like graphics in 3D, with TWO save files...

Pokemon Ruby Red and Sapphire Blue.

First, play through Hoenn, and once you get the Nat Dex, you get the option to start another save file in Kanto, with the option to migrate Pokemon back and forth through each save file after you beat the E4 in Kanto.

anyone else think the shadow tirad is the first 3gym leaders?

Heres my updated storyline:
first gym is a triple battle
right after, they dissappear.
town panics, and munna goes missing
shadow triad guards it, but you and rivals beat them in a triple battle (they use the 3 monkeys as well)
town stays without gym leader
WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY later
N gets either reshiram or zekrom depending on questions answered throughout game
Right after, Ghetis steals both stones and unleashes Kyurem who flash freezes they temple.
However, the stones react and you and N battle ghetis with both legends vs Kyurem.
He flees, and you and N fly off...
shadow triad ambushes you. Battle with evolved forms of starters and monkeys.
find out they are gym leaders (or not) and they dissappear.
N leaves forever.....

Post Game
after finding all 7 sages, ghetis will battle you. Super powerful team (like Cythia strong).
N will return, stating he learned his way.blahblahblah
Awesome cutscene of him going away with the other legend.

Elite Four; champion; new cutscene showing what happens to ghetis, N on a new journey (possible in a new/old region)

the goddessses can have some cool role too. White forest and Black city move to opposite corners of map that you can go to, original spot is a battle fronteir.

Battle subway now offers triple and rotation battles, and one subway that takes you to battle fronteir with lenty of trainers.

Thats all i got

oh wait i forgot, when you battle Kyurem, it stays dormant. When you take it to black city/white forest, it will change forms

fir/drg wildfire form
gets moves like flamethrower, flare blitz etc. still retains ice moves

elc/drg blackout form
gets things like wild charge and thunder.

Stats get upgraded up to match other legends.

Thundrus and its companion go crazy storming everywhere but in different places. landrus is found like in bw.

^ is the link above true? It appears that there will be no 3rd version, or as many people are calling it, "Pokemon Gray". Quite disappointing, imo, and I hope it isn't true, but maybe they're giving themselves more time for more pokemon games?
 
didnt BW start development back when diamond and pearl was released? and 3rd version will take a long time to make
 
Multiple sites have been saying that there won't be a 3rd version. I have a very hard time believing this, though, since there's a third dragon with Reshiram and Zekrom (Kyurem) and all the past generations had 3rd versions (Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, Platinum). Hopefully they'll change their minds and it'll be revealed next year.

And the rumour originated [link=http://www.meristation.com/v3/des_noticia.php?id=cw4d5593fec848e&pic=GEN]here[/link]. After reading that article (with google translate) it seems to me that the site just misinterpreted what was said and what was actually meant is that BW would be the last pokemon games on the DS family of systems. With the sequels obviously being on the 3DS.

I really don't want Pokemon games on the 3DS.I also don't want them to stop making games for DS.
 
Im pretty sure they will just make DS games, with added features/easier control on the 3DS. Its the best thing for customers and the producers. A lot of people i know (including me) wont get the 3DS until the next versiion comes out. Seriously, 3 hours of gameplay AND charging stinks.
 
I think if there is another generation. I think the starters are going to look more advanced or if they decide to go a little "classy" then they will probably look more, like Pokemon. I think the Water type is going to be 4-legged and the rest 2-legged. Sort of like the third generation, I believe.

Personally, I think you're right about the Shadow Triad... it really does make sense. Now, can anyone confirm that the 3 gym leaders are GONE from the gym DURING your adventure, and possibly return afterward? Do they say anything?

If it holds true that the three gym leaders (first gym for those of you who didn't read the post) were not at the gym during your adventure but later return, they very well could be the Shadow Triad. Actually, I'd go as far to say they're definitely the Shadow Triad if they aren't in their gym during your adventure.

It really does make sense how they defend Munna, as they're right there in the gym. However, why would they randomly start helping Ghetsis?

Well they never appear to stop the sages when everyone else does (claiming they would have come if they had gotten the message sooner). The shadow triad however, is alive and well there. Also, the triad was saved by ghetis when they were much younger, so they could have been part of ghetis' plan as well. All thats in game.
 
they didnt come to fight the sages beacuse bianca didn't have time or something like that but a really good idea (but i dont think cilan, cress, and chille can teleport :p)
 
I would like to see an origins like story for the Pokemon franchise and I would like a game where you can play with the Pokemon Professors when they were younger.
 
I think for 3rd version of BW its going to be either Pokemon Grey Version or Pokemon Chrome Version.

Or they could save Pokemon Chrome Version for an Ultimate Pokemon game.
