didnt have a prerelease in my town, but my Walmart accidently put out the Ogerpon Premium Collections, they have 2 packs in. both my packs were junk, but i did get the Eevee IR from Twilight Masquerade in it, so it paid for itself.

I think this set has an extremely low pull rate, can anyone confirm this? I had also a prerelease in my town and the unboxing went without finding nothing in about 7 packs.
