I wasn't going to do anything with the GO set either, but then some of the cards actually looked pretty good so I was all "Well frick..."

Thanks scoope for the quick reply. Can you give me some more flesh to the bone, in terms of missing texture and the holofoil? The HP is obvious..

Here's an example of a real one. Notice the texturing on the card and the glittery holofoil. Any gold VSTAR should look like that.

I pulled this card and really cannot find this version of Mew. Can someone help me bringing some light into darkness?

Seems like a fake one since there's no card using that gold pattern beside that, the number of the card (114) seems to be the one I posted before + the HP is different, either way here's a website where you can find all the mew vmax cards and compare it if you want.

Yes that is why I am asking as it is not listed. But it comes directly from a pack, so fake is not explanable

Somebody probably opened a product, resealed it with fake cards, and returned it to the store for refund. Stores have no way of checking for fake cards, not really their job. When buying sealed items, make sure it doesn't look tampered with.

2 3pack blisters - nothing

(almost all 12 of those felt like the same pack :( )

(almost felt like a completely different set, lol)

Opened a Darkrai mighty mysterious tin and pulled a trevenant V from evolving skies nothing from fusion strike and the alt art arceus V from brilliant stars
 
Pulled a Mewtwo VSTAR from Crown Zenith (omg this was a struggle - has anyone else had as much trouble pulling him?) today. ALSO pulled a Gold Giratina from Crown Zenith. Amazing day!
