You can't be either rank unless Hatman says so. So, he might or might not put you at lower rank.

And you say that you're mature and intelligent, and you are definitely not showing the traits of being either of those.
1. By asking to be a certain rank even BEFORE getting a test battle shows that you are not mature.
2. You really seem to not care about correct grammar, spelling, etc.

Either edit that out or live up to what you say you are. And I never said I let you join. I don't even know WHO told you that.

THE FRIEND CODE DOES NOT COST ANYTHING! IT IS AN IN-GAME ITEM THAT IS PUT INTO YOUR KEY ITEMS POCKET WHEN YOU GO TO THE BASEMENT OF A POKECENTER!
