How does this prevention work with communication that involves saving, or the Battle Subway, or the Elite 4?

I made two PGL accounts. One has my POP ID with it, the other doesn't (as for why I made an account without my ID is irrelevant here). My White version I use to battle with all the time has been registered to my non-ID account. Due to the amount of goodies and whatnot on it, I wanted to register it to my ID'd account.... But a wild missingno appeared out of the tall grass. Apparently, you can't register a file that's already been registered.
So, my question: is there any way to register said White version to my ID'd account without restarting my save file?
I want to change the Game Card to another user (siblings, family members, friends).
If you'd like to change the Game Card to a new user, the new user will have to register at Pokémon Trainer Club with the correct user information, log in with the newly acquired Trainer Club account, and register the Game Sync ID that is issued for the Game Card.
You will also need to delete the current save game and begin a new game, so a new Game Sync ID can be issued to link with the new user's Pokémon Global Link (PGL) account.
In this case, please note that the previous user's PGL history cannot be taken over.
Please note that a Pokémon Trainer Club account is not transferable.
In order to issue a new Game Sync ID, we would need to confirm your registration. Please provide the following information by submitting a question at support.pokemon.com:
- Trainer Club account username
- PGL nickname
- Registered DOB, starting with the year
- The country you live in
- Current Game Card in use
- Currently registered Game Sync ID

My game save has been accidentally deleted. I want to change the Game Sync ID to the newly issued one and link with the game. Can I continue to use the original PGL user history?
Unfortunately, while it is possible to delete the original Game Sync ID, you cannot link the original Pokémon Global Link (PGL) user history to the newly issued Game Sync ID.
In order to delete your Game Sync ID, we would need to confirm your registration. Please provide the following information by submitting a question at support.pokemon.com:

When deletion of the registered Game Sync ID is completed, we will reply to your question. Then please register your new Game Sync ID.
