No, because all of Delcatty's moves are changed to Normal type when it has the Ability Normalize. And lol at Golurk; Delcatty can't paralyze even without Normalize. Thunder Wave is used to paralyze Ground types, not Ghost types.

^Good enough for me.
I just wanted someone who actually tried it instead of just assuming that Normal-type status moves can't hit Ghosts.
So now I know that Thunder Wave is the only (to my knowledge) status move that's affected by type matchups (or at least the only important one). (I know about Leech Seed but that's technically not a matchup - and neither is Toxic.)

How much time do you get on the ship event each day? I noticed if you get the 2 guys where you have to press the button so many times it cuts the time drastically. Monday's I noticed you only get 5 minutes and weekends it is longer than that. Also how do you tell which trainers will battle you and which ones will not? I usually go from door to door to do the event. Is there a thing on each persons door to show they are ready to battle? Thanks XD.

The whistle has to blow 5 times before you have to get of, and everytime you talk to one of the people who tell you stories it skips to the next whistle, according to Bulbapedia. And I don't think there is a way to know if some one will battle you without talking to them.

Oh really? I never knew there were 5 whistle blows on the boat. So each whistle blow signifies 1 minute then? So for example if you get the 2 guys that talk too long it skips 1 whole minute? No wonder I have to keep saving at the gate and sometimes restarting to finish the battles XD. Thanks guys.

In Pokemon Conquest, I'm doing the Hideyoshi quest, and I want to evolve a Duskull and Eevee. I only have one kingdom left to conquer, so should I wait until the next story but the links get reset, or should I put the last kingdom on hold for evolving them? (They're both sort of a long way away from evolving.)

I'd put the last kingdom on hold. Even evolving them by just one stage is worth it even if the links get reset, because they're that much more powerful than their pre-evolutions.
If you want, you can even exploit it so the last kingdom is just attacking an empty kingdom, then you can drive them out again for boatloads of EXP.

Also, if you're planning on evolving Pokemon, MAKE SURE YOU BATTLE WITH THEM. If you don't battle with an evolved Pokemon before clearing an episode, the Pokemon won't be registered in your gallery, making you need to go back and train it all over again.

In Black/White, you cannot view foreign Pokedex entries for Gen 5 Pokemon. I have Audino from at least 20 different countries and I can't view any foreign entry for it (never mind the other foreign Gen 5 Pokemon I have).
Also, as an aside, I think the only foreign languages readable are English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese...not sure about others like Dutch, but I could be wrong.
