I'm EV training a Beldum and after I finished, I saw only a slight increase in its Attack Stat. This is what I do:
-I EXP share the Beldum.
-I attach a Power item depending on the needed EVs to the pokemon I attack with.
-I go EV train.
Am I doing anything wrong?
Is this normal?

A) If you're using Exp Share without keeping track of what you're fighting, you're probably getting EVs that you don't want.
B) You won't be able to see a large difference in his stats until he's Lv90+

I do keep track. Right now I was killing Lillipup's while my Gallade had a Power Bracer and my Beldum had an EXP share for my attack stat.

Ah. I don't think the Power item boost carries over the Exp Share, but other than that, Beldum will be getting EVs.

Yeah, your best bet is to do the effect of Exp. Share manually; give Beldum the Power item, put it in front, and switch it out immediately at the start of a battle.

What I do (this especially works if you want any HP EVs, such as on a 4/252/252 spread) is Lucky Egg two or more Audino to get to a decent level where I don't need to do the Exp Share part during EV Training.

In the Dream World how do I play the ice game in the caves? Do I use the mouse to move my Pokemon or the Arrow keys? Thanks XD. I am not sure exactly what to do as the instructions are no longer detailed. Thanks XD.:)

A Pokemon can't hold 2 items, and a held item's effects apply only to the Pokemon holding it, so there's your solution - you're doing it wrong.

IIRC, you drag the mouse across the path you want to take.

Do I have to click to get the Pokemon to move? How long do I stay on each block before it falls through? I beat it twice by accident today as it was my first time since my DS died back on May 18th XD.:)

Wait, the Dream World has a new area and a new game?
Someone remind me to do that in the near future, preferably when I get my Black version back.

Yeah the new area is the Ice caves. You can get Snorunt Baltoy and a few others like Dunsparce. I should check SPP XD.:) Serebii.:)

EDIT: There is at least 30 new Pokemon XD. Mostly cave and Ice Pokemon XD.:)

They vary, generally it's 6v6, but the levels change depending on the tournament.

From what I've played:

There is 3 on 3 lv. 25 and 3 on 3 lv.50. in one of the formats from my expierience you swap 1 pokemon with your opponent for the match. I havent done PWT much.

Has anyone noticed the CGEAR shapes changed to stars today? Right after I finished the ship event and turned it back on it switched from hexagons to stars. Anyone else notice this too or is it just me and you need so many points in the Dream World to get it? Thanks XD.:)

If you touch the C-GEAR word on the c-gear it changes designs, nothing special.
