I think it might be during transmission. I'm not interested in RNGing but I do want to be able to get a good one. I reccomend you read this, it has info on RNG (PRNG, not RNG Reporter)
Also, Does anyone know where the save data for 3DSware is stored on the SD Card or how to tell what "app" it is for?

I think the backup would be best made when you have enough orbs to catch the pokemon(if that is even the thing), but if its IVs arent recorded during this, After you catch it. I think the IVs are generated once the pokemon exist on B2/W2 and not in the app.

Yeah, the best time to backup would be after catching. Orbs are used for upgrades, so they don't matter.

So as seen in the insert, the Genesect download will not be for BW1. But here's a fun fact from the official site:

Also, I like this bit of advice:

Genesect needs to know the Techno Blast move throughout your adventure! Remember to not forget it when learning another move, and don't leave Genesect in the Pokémon Day Care for too long or it will eventually forget it in favor of higher-level moves.

Three quick questions:

~What's the requirement to trade/enter the Union Room in BW2? Is it to get 1 badge+C-Gear (like last time)? or is it something else?
~I have a Latios that was originally caught in B2 and traded into my B1 game (a few months ago). I plan to teach it a moveset for VGC using mostly TMs and such. If I use a moveset which is legal for Autumn 2012 VGC Regionals, will that specific Latios (i.e. one caught in Black 2) be legal for use?
~Is Genesect event compatible with BW1 (i.e. can I download it to BW1)?

All I know is that the Genesect Event is not compatible with BW1.

No. For example, a Latios caught in B2 could NOT know Tailwind since it is only usable on a Latios that existed in 4th or 3rd gen. You couldn't catch a Metagross in Black and teach it Ice Punch and be OK either. it has to originate from an old game.

It is too bad though, I was looking forward to getting a good Cresselia.

I was actually planning on having that Latios with zero tutor moves.
Would it still be illegal?

OH. You mean the Wi-Fi event... right. Yeah, totally incompatible. But the event in-game to get the drives apparently does work if it's traded from BW2 to BW1.

Is it just me or are the prompts for leaving the Dream World appearing quicker than before? It used to be about 6 minutes before they kicked you out and now it is roughly 2 minutes. I just finished playing the Candle Blow out game and was going to pick my Pokemon as soon as I was done and by the time the game was over 5 prompts had gone by and when I was waiting to the tree to open up the 6th and final one forced me out before I could pick my Pokemon. Just making sure this is not new since before I could max out the data for the day and then go water berries until the time was out. I was trying to max out the data but I ran out of time XD.:) So was making sure they had not changed that. Thanks XD.:)

In B2 I was in the desert resort and a wild Sigilyph appeared. At the end of his animation it looked like some gems circled around him. I thought that was pretty odd. I'm not sure if I was seeing things after that point but I believe I read something along the lines of "A wild Sigilyph appeared?!" Is that normal? The question mark stood out to me for some reason, but then again I coulda been freaked out by the floating gems and started seeing things.

I'm not sure about the question mark, but whatever you do, DON'T KILL IT. I'm pretty sure you just found a shiny.

If you did the memory link and stuff it could be N's, if he has a Sigilyph.

Oh wow now that's interesting. I just checked Serebii regarding that topic and it was indeed N's Sigilyph. That's really cool. I was trying my best to capture but it just wouldn't get caught. Then when I was down to my final Pokemon it used Whirlwind. :(

Wich Funfest Mission do you have to do to get the Pass Power that speeds up Hidden Grotto regeneration, and where do you unlock the mission?

I need a friggen Eevee with Anticipation, and i´m tired of riding back and forth on the bicycle and then finding NOTHING.
