...So if you want Hypnosis that badly (which I don't recommend as Hypnosis isn't all that great of a move, and Sigilyph has an epic movepool anyway), you'll need to keep a Heart Scale and hold off until Mistralton City. Or, hatch a Sigilyph egg and raise it from scratch.

I am trying to set up my team on Pokemon Online while being as accurate as possible. So I go in and check my Archeops, and it says I only had about 12 atk EVs. I know this is impossible because i fought 126 Lillipups and Patrats trying to get it there (It had Pokerus). I'm thinking, Ok-It's the IVs. I then use Serebii's IV calculator and it says because of its Naive nature it can't have 82 Sp.Def. Well, it does. I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to why this was the case. Thanks!

Alternatively:
- Get a Male Ekans in HG/SS.
- Teach it Dark Pulse via TM (the TM is buyable, so don't worry).
- Transfer it to B/W.
- Breed it with a Female Deino/evo.
- Hatch your new Deino with Dark Pulse, and regret over the fact that you'll never be able to have both Earth Power and Dark Pulse on a Deino.
Alternatively:
- Trade with someone who has such an Ekans (I have one).

What are the best Pokemon to train against to EV train for each stat (HP/Atk/Def/SpAtk/SpDef/Spd)? I'm getting ready to start EV training my own Pokemon and I was just curious about where the best areas to EV train were in White ^^;;

I use his list except for two alterations (plus I go to Route 3 for Basculin):
Defense:
Cofagrigus (2 Def) - Relic Castle B2F and below, 50% encounter rate
HP:
Victini (3 HP) - Liberty Garden, 100%
Audino (2 HP) - Shaking grass patches, depends on route but 100% chance on very early routes
Munna (1 HP) - Dreamyard (I only use this if I need to get exactly 1 EV in the stat after all the Victini kills), about 20%
Alternatively, everything in Route 4 (Scraggy, Darumaka, and Sandile) gives 1 Attack EV, but then again you need to deal with sand damage, so it isn't as good as Route 1. Pinwheel Forest is good, but the things in there can spam Protect and Stun Spore on you, messing you up. Cofagrigus' only offensive move is Curse, and Krokorok aren't that hard to run from (when you switch to something else).

@Brokenice: For Audino I think all you have to really do is go to Route 2, wait outside a patch of grass, and bike back and forth. And I know Stunfisk gives more - like I said, I only kill a Munna if I need exactly 1 more HP EV to go.
