Just breed with ditto until you get the gender you don't have. Then you can breed both genders of the same species and it will go very fast. It's not that complicated.

Ok, I'm having trouble finding a single oddish in the Pleasant forest. I think it MIGHT be because I'm tucking in a Vileplume instead of anything else, but I don't completely think so.
I remember seeing many oddish before I was searching for it, though...

It was like that for me and a female durant. Just keep trying. The pokemon you're tucking in isn't a problem (both poison and grass types increase the chances of visiting the Pleasant Forest), you're just not being given the right seed for the number generator (which I highly doubt will ever be predictable in any useful way).

Is someone changes their Black sky scraper to White tree hollow in Black 2 and beats it will they be able to get the shiny Dratini, and vise versa for White 2.

I changed my area to White Forest as soon as beating the game and quickly beat the White Tree Hollow (for some reason Benga was not the last boss) went to Alder's house and nothing happened.

I´m not sure, but I think you have to go to Alder´s house BEFORE challenging the facility.

What I do is load the process called Plugin Container then use the Speedhack function to slow down the game to a manageable level (If I wanted to really cheat, I would use the DW.exe program and not have to do anything to get a perfect score).

Yeah, international Pokemon are completely usable in the VGC. The only thing that would make it otherwise is if it's somehow hacked. But yeah, so long as it's not, you're fine.

Why is the Dream World down for maintenance at 11 PM? On the site it says they do it at 3 AM EST when it is only 2 AM EST right now. Is there a way I can take it off DST time? If so how do I do that XD? Thanks.

I think the PGL runs on Eng time. If I'm correct, then when you posted it was 7.30 GMT. So nothing strange.
Then again, I'm not completely sure. Maybe someone else can help you more.
