Well, look how lowly this former moderator fell. All the way to a desperate butler. ._.

Zyflair, you look great in butler uniform ;)

@Yoshi

Great job once again, really great progression of the plot with nice twists here and there

Oh. So you're saying that I should only give the other chapters when I hit a new page? I'm confused. >.<

@PMJ: Thanks for the pro-tip.

-_-

No, what I said was take PMJ's advice and nix having the previous chapters in current chapter updates (thus having links to all chapters since the beginning in the OP and/or your current chapters), and instead start using spoiler tags for your chapters in general to keep them separate from whatever you have to say. This method is a form of condensing, and (though it's a pain in the butt to view on my phone like I normally have to nowadays) it is a little bit easier for people to view sometimes on forums (or at least it looks somewhat neater anyways). If you peek at my stories quick, you should see exactly how I've used this method exactly to keep things a bit more organized...

@Zyflair: That's what I was trying to get at. Me being the not-researcher I am, I found you were a previous mod, so it was a nice parodying, I guess.

@DV57: Thanks for the comments. :)

@Apollo: I understand now. Thank you for explaining in detail. I need everything explained in detail :p

The Tale Of Pokebeach - Murder All Over - Chapter 6

"What are you two doing outside?" Shadow Arceus asked Safariblade and Zyflair.

"We were just talking, if you don't mind," Zyflair answered.

"Well, come inside. I need help searching for clues," he imperaitively said to them. The two sighed, but followed him inside. "I need to find something that could unlock that door downstairs. Just then, P0KEVORTEX came running through with something that looked shiny to Shadow Arceus. He suddenly realized that it was the key to the door downstairs. P0KEVORTEX stopped and looked at them.

"I found a key in a storage room down that hall!" he exclaimed.

"That's great," Omahanime interrupted. "I think you should open the door now," he said sarcastically. P0KEVORTEX opened the door as everyone rushed into the foyer.

All of a sudden, something strange happened. The lights went out, and Bippa started screaming. Zyflair tried to hush him, but then the chandelier crashed to the ground, which made Bippa scream even more. The candles went out, and the mirror in the corner of the room showed the mirror image of Safariblade, except it was a image of somone strange. Someone creepy and quiet in the mirror, and they glowed an eerie color that made everyone shudder. Safariblade moved out of the way, but the image was still in the mirror. Everyone looked around in the pitch darkness to see if the image was coming from anywhere. Snivylover clutched to someone in the darkness, and Bippa would not stop screaming. A voice came out from somewhere.

"Why do you come here? Are you trying to cause problems?" Bippa started screaming even louder now. "I will make sure not one of you leaves this mansion with the fact you have seen me! You will all regret the moment you set foot in here!" and then the image disappeared. For a slight moment, there was no sound and no images. Even Bippa did not make a sound. Bippa tried to yell, but nothing came out. Suddenly everyone had disappeared from everyone's vision, and the eyes of everyone began to spin. Then everyone saw nothing, and suddenly everyone was on the ground. They were stuck in the mansion.

~

Snivylover woke up next to Afro-G on the ground, and found they were by themselves.

"Do you know where we are?" Snivylover asked Afro-G.

"I'm honestly not sure, but I have a feeling we are somewhere in the mansion," Afro-G said while he was on the ground. They got up, and looked around. This was an exercise room, with no doubt in either of their minds. Exercise equipment hung from the rooms, but the room was only lit by the faint light of candles, which allowed them to only see where they were moving on the ground and the walls that surrounded the room. They both groped around the room for some sort of door until Snivylover tripped on something.

"Ow!" Snivylover yelped. Afro-G found her on the ground.

"Did you trip on something?" he asked.

"I think so," Snivylover responded in pain. She hadn't known what she had tripped on, but she knew something was wrong, because nothing was on the ground. "I think I sprained my ankle. Can you help me?" she asked, and Afro-G instantly picked her up.

"I guess I'll have to carry you until we find something to sit you down on," Afro-G said to Snivylover. "It's just the two of us. For now, anyways."

~

Shadow Arceus found himself falling. Deeper and deeper, he thought. But when would he stop? He finally hit the ground, and he screamed and found himself inside of some sort of chest. He opened the chest ever so slowly in fear, and saw a figure. The lights were on in the room, and Shadow Arceus recognized the person. It was Zyflair. Shadow Arceus gasped, and Zyflair screamed, then breathed a sigh of relief.

"You gave me a heart attack," Zyflair said in a quivered voice.

"If you actually had a heart attack, you'd be clutching your heart and be on the ground, and I wouldn't come to your rescue, of course," Shadow Arceus explained sassily.

"I don't appreciate this tone of yours," Zyflair replied with a sigh.

"Of all people I could have been stuck with in here, why am I stuck with you?" Shadow Arceus asked sarcastically. Zyflair got angry at this moment.

"You know, I didn't expect this to happen. Your greed has put us in the situation. I'm almost positive we're in the mansion anyway, so why complain? If you're so focused on catching this murderer, then why wait? Go ahead, you don't need my help, if that's what you claim. You selfish, greedy delinquent!" he said in an enraged voice. Shadow Arceus sighed.

"Fine, if you insist," Shadow Arceus replied. "You can be my servant."

"Oh no, I'm not stooping to that low ever again! I used to have power, you know, I used to have fame and fortune, but you know where all that went? Down the drain." Zyflair explained. "I used to be a beloved king, you know, in a place where the word evil wasn't even in the dictionary. We were peaceful there, and I've never been in a situation where I've had to fight for myself. It's changed me, yes. For the better? I'm not sure. Is being peaceful the thing everyone in this world wants? I'll have to figure this out myself. So if you want to find this murderer, I am in charge." Zyflair continued.

"You see?" Shadow Arceus said. "This is what a person like you should be doing. Taking charge, instead of serving others that have no rights in making you serve them. You think I wanted you to serve me? Of course, but you're not the person to do so. My life has been full of twists and turns lately, and I've learned that I person like myself doesn't deserve this kind of treatment, being handled by others and being told what to do. I don't deserve all of this pain, and all of this grief against me. I don't deserve any of it." he said in one breath.

"Do you deserve it? Or have you simply ignored the fact that things like these happen to you for a reason? I've always believed there is a reason for good things and bad things to happen to people, and I still believe it." Zyflair looked Shadow Arceus in the eye. "And you should believe it too." And at that moment, Shadow Arceus suddenly realized that he must have been trapped in this mansion for a reason. He realized he is here to capture a murderer, someone ruthless and violent. He knew his job was to catch this monster.

"So where do we start in this situation we find ourselves in?" Shadow Arceus asked.

"I suppose we can look around this room and find something of actual worth," Zyflair added.

"Let's get to work!" Shadow Arceus exclaimed. Zyflair looked at him with a grin on his face. "I mean, let's get to work together," he rephrased, this time emphasizing together.

"There you go," Zyflair explained. "You're finally dragging your image away as an individual. You need to realize that you need others to help you, and that being rude to them will never end in your benefit." Shadow Arceus nodded to show he understood.

"Now where to start..." Shadow Arceus thought to himself.

~

"Stay back, I said!" someone screamed. Another person woke up to see somebody pointing a large rod at them. It was pitch dark in the room, and the person on the ground woke up to see Safariblade poking something at them.

"Safariblade, is that you?" they asked. Safariblade stopped and recognized the voice.

"Omahanime?" he clarified. Safariblade groped around for the light switch and finally found it. He turned on the lights, and they both breathed a sigh of relief.

"Hey...." Omahanime realized. "This is the kitchen!" And they both realized they were near where they had started. They saw the oven in which Darkvoid57 had been pulled into, and they saw the huge bed where Zyflair had rested.

"I wonder why we were transported in the first place," Safariblade wondered. He looked at Omahanime. "Where do you think the others are?" he asked.

"Hm..." Omahanime thought. He looked around the room, and he tried to open the door to the foyer, but it wouldn't open. "This door won't open. I wonder why?"

"Even if it did open, I'm never going back into that room again," Safariblade said. As soon as he had said this, he had realized Bippa was gone. "Oh no! My poor Bippa! He must have been separated! I hope he's with someone...." Safariblade thought as he began to panic.

"I'm sure he'll be fine," Omahanime assured. He's probably with one of the others, safe and sound. We're together, so I assume we've been split in groups of two," he explained.

"I suppose," Safariblade thought. "But that murderer....," he thought to himself. "Okay, I guess he'll be fine." Safariblade plopped into the bed with exhaustion as Omahanime looked around the room. He noticed something wrong with the oven. Behind the oven, there was a part of the oven that had a lighter shade of color than the rest of the oven. He opened up the oven, and was surpised to see a parchment smashed inside the oven. He opened up the paper.

"Safariblade, come look at this," he said in excitement and anxiousness. Omahanime read the note aloud as Safariblade crept over.

"Diligent as a mouse,
Oblivious to the naked eye,

Never going to be found, I hope,
Or maybe they'll find my location,
Telling others will lead to the finder's doom,

Or they could get away with it,
Piles upon piles of information,
Encompassed within the hottest of the hot,
Never going to be found, I hope."

"I wonder what that means," Omahanime thought.

"Maybe there's some sort of code in the message," Safariblade thought.

"Yes, that's got to be it," Omahanime replied. "This message is too vague to get any solid information from it. We'll have to look at this later. I need a nap." Omahanime flopped into the bed, but he was too large for the bed. The bed collapsed, and he found himself on a mattress on the ground. Safariblade broke out laughing at this, while Omahamine blushed.

A song was playing somewhere. Somebody woke up to find themselves on top of a piano. Another person in the same room noticed the song, and walked quietly to find a light. The first perosn heard them walking around, and their eyes peeled open as they asked with a quivering voice, "W-W-Who's there?"

The other person turned around, and finally found the light. They switched on the light, and the two people both screamed. PMJ and Dmaster suddenly recognized eachother, and suddenly laughed in relief. They gave eachother a hug, and they started talking in shaking voices.

"How did we even get here?" PMJ asked. "And in a music room, at that?"

"I'm honestly not too sure," Dmaster replied. "But I think we got separated from everyone else. Do you know how this even happened?"

"Remember that image in that mirror?" PMJ reminded Dmaster. "I think we ended up here because of it."

"I think that would be a nice guess as to what happened," Dmaster replied. They both noticed their grammar had become suddenly better lately. PMJ looked at all of the instruments in the room.

"Maybe we should try to make some use out of these instruments," PMJ thought.

"But we don't know how to play any of these instruments," Dmaster reminded PMJ.

"So what? Maybe music isn't our thing, but maybe our time here will let us learn about these insturments," PMJ responded. "That is, however long we're going to be in here."

"I didn't really think instruments was a girls thing," Dmaster thought.

"What are you talking about?" PMJ asked, as if talking to a moron. "Some of the greatest musicians in the history of music have been females. I learned that in Music class. Maybe we can be one of them," she continued.

"I suppose," Dmaster considered the thought of them being super musicians. "Let's give it a go." And so PMJ grabbed the trombone, while Dmaster took the piano.

"Are you familiar with the piano?" PMJ asked.

"Not at all," Dmaster replied. "What about you and that big trombone?"

"I guess not, but I'll be familiar soon," PMJ joked. She noticed the sheets of music on the ground. "Hey, let's try this piece of music! It's called 'The Moon's Sorrow.', " PMJ suggested.

"No problem," Dmaster said in confidence. "Looks easy to me." But it wasn't as easy as they thought. As soon as they started, a piercing noise was echoed throughout the hall from their playing.

"I think we need some more practice," PMJ said. They both laughed in girly voices in agreement.

Bippa wandered down an empty hallway. He noticed a small washroom down the dark hallway, but he wasn't surre where he was, and he wanted his dad. But he knew not to cry, since somebody might hear him and mistake him for someone dangerous. Or worse, the murderer could find him. He walked slowly down the hallway, like a curious child looking for his mother in a big house. A tear dripped down Bippa's cheek as he thought of his mother, but he pushed on. He needed to find someone. Suddenly, Bippa saw a small notebook on the ground. It didn't have a title, and it didn't have anything in it, except for a sharpened pencil. Right in the middle of the hallway. Bippa found this odd, but he picked it up anyway, and opened a door, which was unlocked. He found himself in a huge ballroom, lighted and everything. Bippa thought he would be comfortable here, so he sat in the middle of the room and began writing in the little notebook he had found. He titled it "Bippa's Adventures." He had gotten pretty good at his spelling and handwriting, so he could share this with his dad if he ever saw him. He also wondered what had happened, and where everyone was. To think what the murderer could have done, he shuddered to think about it. But he was safe, and he had to think about himself. He began to write.

"I've found myself in a weird place. I don't know where I am, and where everyone else is, but I am safe for now. I hope to find others here, hopefully my dad, so we can be together. I know he cares for me, and I care for him too. I wonder if I'll ever see him again."

Bippa stopped. He would write more later, but he thought if he was in the ballroom, he may as well look around for something interesting, like any curious child would.

~

Whew! That was a lot of writing. I finally hit the 2000+ word mark (2493 to be exact), so I'm happy for that. I hope you all realize this is a major turning point in the story. New things will happen in this story, and the group of bullies will begin to work with Dragonexpert on the zoo/farm. The reason I did not include them in this chapter was because I wanted to focus on the characters in the mansion. Feel free to make predictions, C/C, and anything else! Thanks! :D

Could it be TDL?
Theories:
-Glow = the green glow of a moderator
-Him and safari are pretty much a pair
-He's the mirror image of safariblade, but someone strange

I also like the way that you made your note's hidden message easy to the audience, but not to the characters. A bit like Dora the Explorer.

I'm dreading that I've died if I'm not with anyone. But then again, only time will tell.

^Don't worry. You're with someone, but I just haven't revealed you yet.

BTW, just pointing out the murderer is someone in the story. If you didn't know it, you know now.

Lol, I wasn't even trying for the note to be like that, but I guess it makes the story much more interesting.

Edit: On the OP, I edited the people in the story, and crossed out the people who disappear in the story, along with the episode they disappeared and the reason they disappeared. So yeah, check that out if you're behind.

That's me, tripping when nothings even there. Yep, the clumsiest person. What a great story! I can't wait too read more!

So Shadow Arceus is finally not being greedy acting all like he is the ruler of everything. I'm interested to see where I ended up.

Your attempts at angering me have failed, SL. I already know I'm the ruler of everything.
I like how the story's turning out, Yoshi, keep it up.

I really like this story :) Good writing, great plot, and I love the intriguing charactors of each Beacher. However, just a typo:

"I think that would be a nie guess as to what happened," Dmaster replied.

Other than that, this is a hilarious, well written story that I will definetly follow!!!

By the way, is this based on the popular Murder game? (Specifically Murder VII).

I feel behind on this story but I knew I needed to catch up so I did. =P Just finished reading through 2 chapters and I have to say you're doing a really good job. Is this all something that's been bouncing around in your head or is this sort of on the spot thinking? =P Well either way, like I said, you're doing a great job. I enjoy the character that you made me. I can have those silly finding hair conditioner moments, xD or the less subtle, more somewhat "heroic" (I guess you could say, can't think of a better word =P) moments like carrying Snivy.

Keep up the good work!

@DE: Oh, don't worry. You'll appear. ;)

@Shadow Arceus: Thank you for that! :D

@pokenerd: I fail so badly. Fixed. Thanks for pointing that out, and the comments, of course.

@Afro-G: Actually, I come up with this on the spot, with absolutely no plannning whatsoever. I call it "thinking on the go." :p

@Zangoose: You weren't important enough, so I decided to leave you out Go ahead. I dare you to hate this adorable little child.

Okay, time to put up another chapter for my ever-so-eager fans (I'm actually quite surprised that this has gotten 50+ replies).

The Tale Of Pokebeach - Murder All Over - Chapter 7

"Right this way, boys!" Dragonexpert exclaimed in joy. The sun had just peaked over the hallowed hills behind the mansion, and they were moving all of the equipment to start on their project. "Put some muscle into it! You've all got plenty, I can assure you!"

"You really think so?" Chariblaze asked. "I've never really thought of myself as a farmboy." The three boys' appearances had completely changed. They wore overalls over a T-shirt, and long ripped blue jeans. They even wore hats, like regular farmboys working for their father.

"I feel different in these clothes," Palkia dialga clash said to Dragonexpert. "I feel loved and cared for," he said under his breath.

"Yeah, me too," Sillykyle said as he hauled the packages of manure across the graveyard. "Did you use some ind of bleach we're not aware of?"

"Nope, just washed and dried by hand," Dragonexpert said to Sillykyle, and Sillykyle shuddered. Dragonexpert noticed this, and laughed like a true farmboy. "Oh, you crack me up, boy! You think washing and drying clothes by hand is any different than washing and drying with machines? Of course not! You're soon going to realize that this project you'll be taken is more than just a project," Dragonexpert explained. "Soon you'll start to recognize the pure simplicity of living the farm life, and living a simple life is by no means a bad thing."

"But what about living your dreams?" Palkia dialga clash asked in curiosity. "What if I want more than just a country life?"

"Well, boy, then that's where you'll have to go. You can't force yourself to stray from your dreams, and I find that sometimes we want to do just that. Some folks realize that a country life isn't so bad after all. Isn't that what Earth is for? Living your dreams? If so, then why wouldn't you want to live a life here?" he asked, and Chariblaze was taken aback.

"You mean, live with you, just a simple country life? But why?" Chariblaze asked in shock.

"Well, maybe this is where you belong," Dragonexpert started. "Maybe living a life like this is something you've wanted all your life. But I should really speak for myself. Don't think that this life is just for you. Many different folks live life how they think life should be, and then realize life isn't what they imagined."

"You've got life pretty much figured out, don't you?" Sillykyle asked Dragonexpert.

"Well, after living for about forty years, not much stops me in my tracks these days," Dragonexpert answered. "Of course, that's one advantage about country life. You don't have to worry about much, just you and your crops. And animals, of course." He winked at Sillykyle. Then with one big breath, he lifted the bags of seed and threw them to the ground. He motioned fo the boys to open the bags.

The boys opened the bags quite quickly - you could really believe they were farmboys without even knowing them. The animals weren't coming for a while, or so Dragonexpert had heard - but they got to work nonetheless. The boys realized that they were actually being challenged with hard work, and it made them proud that at the end of the work day, they had actually done quite a bit of work. All of the plots had been plowed, half of the plots had been planted with seeds, and the barn was beginning to be constructed.

"I'm very pleased with you boys," Dragonexpert told the boys. "How about we go get something to eat?"

"Ooh, how about some hamburgers?" Palkia dialga clash asked.

"Um...." Dragonexpert pondered the word hamburger for a moment. "What's a hamburger?" The boys looked at him, their eyes wide open, their mouths hanging down.

"You've never heard of a hamburger?" Sillykyle asked in complete shock. "We've got to get you one now." The boys agreed to go to a nearby hamburger place for food.

"So who's paying?" Chariblaze joked, and they all laughed. "No, seriously, who's paying?"

~

Bippa heard a noise in the room at the far corner of the ballroom. He crept carefully toward the room, until someone broke down the door. Bippa screamed in fear.

"Will you be quiet?" the person complained. "You're so loud! The murderer could find us!"

Bippa suddenly realized the person was P0KEVORTEX. Before Bippa could say anything, P0KEVORTEX continued.

"Seriously, I don't want any murderer coming after me and my beautiful body!" he shouted at Bippa. Bippa was still as a mouse as P0KEVORTEX continued.

"I - I...." Bippa started.

"I'm tired of your continuous screaming! You're seven years old, yet you act like a 2-year old! It's so obnoxious!" As P0KEVORTEX was saying this, a hand began to creep out of the room P0KEVORTEX has just came out of. Bippa noticed the hand, but before Bippa could say anything, it grabbed ahold of P0KEVORTEX, and P0KEVORTEX said nothing as the hand grabbed him. Bippa followed the hand as fast as he could, and he noticed that the hand had a white glove around it. P0KEVORTEX said nothing as this continued, and Bippa watched as the hand threw him into a hole in the floor. Bippa tried not to breathe as the hand of the shadow moved around the room. The hand with its shadow suddenly disappeared in the room, and Bippa slowly closed the door shut. Bippa walked back over to the worn-out journal and began to write in it.

"Something strange just happened.....I'm so scared. Something with a strange hand grabbed for that guy P0KEVORTEX, and then it disappeared. But it didn't look like he was murdering him....I wonder what happened? I may just have to explore that hole he threw him in myself. I'll be sure to be careful, but I hope nothing bad happens. But what really hurt me was when P0KEVORTEX said that I acted like a 2-year old. It's not my fault, though! The only reason that I cry all the time is because my mother is gone!" Bippa wiped a tear, and then continued. "I try not to think about her, but she just keeps coming back into my mind. I can't shake her image out of my mind. I'm going to see if I can figure out what's really going on in this mansion."

Bippa stopped, and then realized it might be a good idea if he wrote his name in the book. He wrote his first and last name, Bippa Blade, and then his address, including a little note to return it if anyone found it. Bippa left it on the chair and walked quietly into the room.

It was just a regular storage room. Bippa thought about the moment he saw the murderer's white glove, and then continued on. The hole was actually pretty large, but Bippa wasn't sure where it went. He jumped in with all of his courage and inner strength, and suddenly everything was quiet and dark, just like when he was separated from his father, Safariblade. He tried to think of him and his mother, but somehow the thought just kept going away, like he was forbidden to ever picture them as two people ever again. Suddenly, Bippa hit the ground. "I must be in the basement or something," Bippa thought to himself. He suddenly noticed a small crevace, and decided that nobody would find him there. Bippa laid his head down to rest himself.

~

"Are you doing okay?" Afro-G asked Snivylover555.

"I think I'll be okay for now," Snivylover555 said. She got on her feet, and to her pleasant surprise, she could stand with both feet.

"What a relief," Afro-G replied. "You were getting heavy on me." Snivylover gave him a look, and Afro-G looked guilty.

"So where do we go now?" Snivylover555 asked.

"If only we could get out of this room," Afro-G thought. He tried lifting one of the barbells, and when he did, a small little key fell out of an opening in the barbell. He tried it on the door, but it wouldn't work. "Hm...why won't this work?" he thought.

"This place has succeeded in making my head seriously hurt," Snivylover555 responded. "I guess we'll have to look around for something here. It's unfortunate that there isn't any light."

"Well, there's candles, so that counts for something," Afro-G remarked. "Maybe we can pick them up and move them around." Afro-G tried to pick up one of the candles, but it was attached to the wall. "Oh well," he said in disappointment. "We may as well look around."

So they looked around for a while, and they eventually came across a strange treadmill, which was oddly-shaped and had a weird keyslot. Snivylover555 suddenly made the connection of the odd keyhole to the key Afro-G found.

"Hey, how about you check that keyhole with that key you found in that barbell?" Snivylover555 suggested.

"That sounds like a decent idea," Afro-G replied. He twisted the keyhole in the slot, and the key crumbled as he turned it. They looked disappointed that their discovery was of no value, but then the treadmill began to start up, and Afro-G began to run on it. It eventually became too fast for him, and he fell and landed face-first on the floor. Teh machine suddenly opened on its side, and inside was a key.

"Hey! Look at this!" Snivylover555 exclaimed, as Afro-G got up, holding his damaged face. It was hard to see in the dark, but it was slightly easier to see this key. Snivylover555 grabbed it and groped around for the door until she hti her head on it.

"Why do I keep hurting myself?" Snivylover555 asked herself.

"Me too," Afro-G agreed. "I'm usually not that clumsy on a treadmill."

"Please," Snivylover replied. "The thing was going at 11.0. There's no way you could have kept up."

"I guess so," Afro-G thought. Snivylover555 turned the key in the keyhole, and the door opened. Just as Afro-G walked out of the door, a sword came swooping down, aiming for Afro-G's neck. Luckily, Afro-G ducked, and the sword only cut his extremely greasy afro. Afro-G and Snivylover555 were speechless in reaction as to what just happened.

"My....my...." Afro-G started.

~

Omahanime slouched on the bed in the kitchen. Safariblade continued to search around the room for anything that could help them, and then he sat, confused and hurt. He stared long and hard at the note.

"What does it mean?" he thought. "Seriously, am I missing something that is important in this note?" Omahanime took a longer look and noticed something.

"Hey, look at the first letter in each sentence," Omahanime said to Safariblade.

"What about it?" Safariblade asked, still confused.

"I think it spells out something. Let's see here..." Omahanime put the words together, and figured out what it meant. "Look here. It spells out "DO NOT OPEN." He motioned the spelling to Safariblade, and Safariblade instantly understood the clue. He opened up the stove, and behind the 'DO NOT OPEN' sign was a small key.

"Gee, big surprise there," Omahanime said sarcastically.

"Hey, at least we found something," Safariblade mentioned.

"I guess so," Omahanime said with doubt.

"Let's go see if any of these locked doors open up with this key," Safariblade suggested. So they decided to explore the rest of the rooms besides opening the foyer doors, but they came up with nothing.

"Maybe...." Omahanime started.

"No," Safariblade said simultaneously. "I'm not going back into that foyer. Not after that little incident we ran into."

"Come on!" Omahanime encouraged. "This key didn't work on any of those doors, so there's got to be something down that hallway or something. Maybe if we go explore a little bit..." Safariblade stopped him before he opened the doors.

"Are you crazy? What if that murderer comes back? I don't want to be bait for that monster!" Safariblade cowered in fear. But Omahanime insisted that they go, and Safariblade eventually gave in.

"You go first," Omahanime suggested to Safariblade.

"No way," Safariblade replied. "This was your idea, so you go first," Safariblade insisted.

"Fine," Omahanime replied. He slowly creaked open the doors, and thei noise made Omahanime regret doing this. But they had to find some use for this key. They had to find the rest of the group. The lights were all out, and the foyer had an eerie feeling to it. They made no noise while slowly taking steps towards the long hallway. They had luckily made it through without making any noise. Safariblade gave a very soft breath of relief. They made their way into the library and closed the door. They were safe, at last.

"Whew, that was close," Omahanime breathed a sigh of relief.

"I thought I would wet my pants, going through there," Safariblade replied. He picked up an empty book, and was confused as to why none of the books had no words in it. "Hey, do you know why these books don't have any writing in them?" he asked Omahanime.

"I have no clue," Omahanime replied. "But I'm sure there's books in here that have writing in them." They looked all around the room the other part of the group had once been in, but nothing showed up.

"This is weird," Safariblade said to himself. "Why would someone put books in a library that nobody can read?"

"I think I've found out why," Omahanime said out loud as Safariblade walked over to him in curiosity. Omahanime showed him the book, titled, "Why I Left This Library for Good."

"That looks legitimate, but why would this be the only book that actually has writing on it?" Safariblade asked.

"I'm not sure, to be honest," Omahanime replied. "Guess we'll have to read this book to find out."

My hands hurt from that chapter, honest. Well, hope you guys are enjoying this story so far. PMJ, Dmaster, SA, and Zyflair will be included in the next chapter, so don't worry. Stay tuned! :D

Apparantly I've never heard of a hamburger. lol. I liked this chapter more than some of the others.

Looks nice. The only problem I'm seeing is how de and the guys with him are supposed to be involved in the plot in any way. Farm parts are nice but if the 4 have left the mansion never to return then they kind of don't matter to the story, so you might want to try to find a way to get them involved again.

@DE: Yeah, I thought I should add to the character a bit by adding that little section. I'm glad you liked this chapter (probably because it's mainly based around you :p).

@Dark Void: You bring up an interesting point, and I've thought of that. I've planned ahead for this, and they'll find their way...you'll see. BTW, they're building a farm around the mansion, they are just a small ensemble unaware of the main plot. But they'll fall into the plot.

@PDC: You likey? :p

@sillykyle: The point in the personality change is to show how one person (in this case, DE) can change somebody to the point of their personality going under a complete makeover.

The Tale Of Pokebeach - Murder All Over - Chapter 8

Bippa instantly awoke. He heard something distant, like a faint screeching noise, but he couldn't exactly figure out what the strange sound was. He slowly creeped out of his little crevace, trying to make no noise. He took every stop with caution, making sure not even the blue candles hanging from the walls shook. The detail of the walls was frightening to Bippa - they were covered in moldy green moss, and then covered with wooden frames, each holding pictures of abstract designs of strange creatures. Bippa tried not to stare at them, and he continued down the long hallway. He heard the voice clearly this time.

"Stay where you are. If you move, I will murder you. Your friends must think you're dead, but now I have you in my little grasp. Don't move a muscle," the voice said in an extremely threatening way. "I will be right back. Do not move." And the voice began walking down the hallway. Bippa tried to hide, but the voice saw Bippa. The voice ran after Bippa in a rush and grabbed him by the arm with their white glove. Bippa couldn't move, as if his entire body was paralyzed, and the voice threw him into a room with no lights.

"You shouldn't have come here. I will make sure you never leave. I know your father is lost without you," the voice taunted in a menacing way, "so lost he shall be." The voice wavered out of the room. Bippa was silent until someone called out his name.

"Bippa? Bippa, is that you?" a voice called out. Bippa jumped back and screamed.

"Don't worry. It's me,..." And suddenly Bippa felt a sharp pain in his ear. He couldn't hear anything, and he didn't hear the name of the person who called out to him. Although Bippa wasn't blind or mute, he found himself without 3 of his senses; his hearing, his sight, and his voice, since he couldn't hear himself speak. The person called out again, but Bippa didn't hear anything. Bippa thought about why he couldn't speak. Did he do something wrong, or was it just a sudden loss of hearing? Bippa had to sit down. This was too much to handle, and he suddenly realized he should have never tried to find the others. As he thought this, the murderer came in.

"You, come with me," the murderer ordered. But Bippa could not hear him, so the murderer grabbed Bippa by the arm, and Bippa tried to scream. The murderer covered his mouth, and the person tried to scream out to him, but the door closed behind him.

Suddenly, Bippa found himself in front of a long hallway. Bippa kept walking until he saw a figure, and the figure reached out to him, calling to him. Bippa suddenly realized that it was his mother. Bippa ran faster and faster, but his mother turned around and started running away. Bippa could feel tears welling up in his eyes, but he ran faster. He caught up to his mother, but as soon as he did, she and everything else disappeared. Bippa found himself in the middle of nowhere, and suddenly he felt the murderer breathing on him. Bippa screamed, and then everything went quiet.

Bippa found himself on the floor. He stood up, but it was dark, except for a few candles that were lit. His eyes were wet, so Bippa figured he must have been crying. He walked around the room, and slammed into something large, Bippa groaned in pain, realizing he was still deaf, and continued to search. After groping around for a while, he gave up and sat down. He thought about what happened after the murderer grabbed him. He thought he had seen a vision of his mother, but why would his mother run from him? He didn't understand, so he laid down. He quickly fell asleep, feeling exhausted after what had happened to him.

"What are you even looking for?" Shadow Arceus asked Zyflair.

"I'm not sure," Zyflair responded. "But there's got to be something in here that can actually help us get out of here."

"I thought about what you said," Shadow Arceus said. "I guess I let my greedy side decide things for me. I think I was brought here for a reason. I was brought here to stop the murderer, this ruthless person, but how I am ever supposed to stop this monster while I'm stuck in here?"

"I'm sure there's something in here that would actually help," Zyflair said, and he noticed the clothes hung up in the room. "Maybe there's something in those clothes that could help."

They looked in every pair of clothes, but they came up with nothing. "There's nothing in here!" Shadow Arceus said with a sigh. "This doesn't make any sense."

"Maybe we're missing something here," Zyflair stated. "There's got to be...." Zyflair suddenly noticed one of the jackets in the pile. It was stitched with a few extra stitches, as if maybe it was hiding something. Zyflair suddenly tore the jacket open, and Shadow Arceus looked at him in doubt.

"Any reason you're unstitching that jacket?" Shadow Arceus asked. Zyflair tore the jacket open, and inside was a key. He grinned.

"Gee, that was a shocker," Zyflair sarcastically remarked. "Another key."

"Hey, it's better than nothing," Shadow Arceus replied. "At least we found something." Zyflair tried the key on one of the doors, and it opened to the outside of the mansion.

"Yes!" Zyflair exclaimed in delight. "This must be the way out, other than the foyer, of course."

"Should we leave?" Shadow Arceus asked. Zyflair considered the thought of leaving for a few moments, and he made his decision.

"This is the only way out," Zyflair noted. "If we leave, we can inform a bunch of people about this murderer, and they may be able to stop them. "We could always go through that door over there," - and he pointed to the door as he said this - "and then maybe find this murderer for ourself. What do you think?" Shadow Arceus thought about each decision, and made a justified decision.

"I think the best thing to do is to stay in this mansion and catch the murderer for ourselves," Shadow Arceus replied. "Of course, we can always come back, and maybe catching this murderer is just what you need to start a new career."

"Don't be foolish," Zyflair replied. "I'm too old to be anything else other than a butler." He sighed at his remark.

"Why do you say that?" Shadow Arceus asked in curiosity. "If anything, you could be anyone you wanted if you put you mind to it. It doesn't matter how old you are. You can still live your dreams." Zyflair smiled.

"Thank you for those words," Zyflair replied. "Now let's get this show on the road. We've got a lot of work to do if we want to catch this murderer." He entered the door across from the entrance to the outdoors.

They explored room after room, Shadow Arceus cheering to himself every time they went through an unlocked door, until thy came across a room that was like a secondary kitchen. It was a smaller version of the kitchen near the main entrance, but with the same layout as the other kitchen. The oven placed in the same position, the same rest area in the same corner, and the tables set up around the room, almost like a restaurant. The door to the next room would not open, so the two decided that they should rest after entering and re-entering so many rooms to find clues. They had come up with a small review of what they had found in each room:

~Living Room ; Television on the ground, placed on it's side
~Dining Room; Plate full of un-eaten food, no chairs in the room
~Washroom; Mirror shows images the same way they were placed
~Bedroom #1 ; mattress showing signs of wear, nothing else in room
~"Wealthy" Room: Golden walls, treasure chests with nothing in them, one chest won't open

They laid on the bed and quickly fell asleep, after deciding they would review the information after they woke up.

"Why am I so awful at playing instruments?" Dmaster complained. "It probably would have been easier if I actually had somebody to teach me this stuff."

"Oh, don't be silly," PMJ replied. "You'll get the hang of it soon." Dmaster put her head on the drums. "Maybe you should try the flute. It's fairly easy to use," PMJ added.

"Maybe if Water Pokemon Master was around, this would be easier," Dmaster said in a sad voice. PMJ sighed.

"Dmaster, I know Water Pokemon Master was a great teammate, but we can't do anything to help it," PMJ commented. "He's gone." They were silent for a minute.

"It should have been me," Dmaster said to herself, but PMJ heard her.

"Don't you go getting all depressed now! It wasn't your fault, and it never was your fault! There's nothing we could have done, and we couldn't have helped her at all!" PMJ replied in fury. "It's not your fault at all," she said softly.

"I guess so," Dmaster admitted. "Now let's play these instruments!"

For two girls trying an instrument they've never played, they weren't too bad. They played one song over and over until they think they had it right, and they were impressed with themselves.

"We did good, didn't we?" PMJ thought.

"I think we did awesome!" Dmaster exclaimed. PMJ laughed.

"Don't get too far ahead of yourself," PMJ joked. Dmaster got up and looked around the room.

"Wow, I've never realized how beautiful this room was," Dmaster said. "It's so elegant and quaint." PMJ gave her a funny look.

"You just used the words elegant and quaint?" PMJ asked. "Where'd you learn those words?"

"Hey, I'm not that dumb!" Dmaster replied. "I learned those in school." Dmaster then thought about school. All of her friends and teachers. She almost missed school.

"School?" PMJ replied. "I haven't been there for a while. I do miss it, though. Well, kind of." Dmaster continued to walk around the room until she saw a peculiar switch on the wall. She pressed it, and the floor collapsed. The two girls screamed.

"AHHHHHH!!!!" they screamed in harmony. They continued to fall until they fell onto a trampoline, and they began to laugh. They bounced on the trampoline for a while until they caught their balance. They were in a gymnastics room.

"We're getting a little bit of everything, aren't we?" Dmaster exclaimed in joy. "First music, now this!"

"This is nice, I suppose," PMJ replied. "I wonder what a gymnastics room is doing in a mansion, though."

"I don't mind. I'm glad they added this!" Dmaster added, and they both laughed.

"My hair!" Afro-G screamed in terror. His afro had discintigrated into the ground before he could recover any parts. His personality had suddenly turned bleak, and Snivylover noticed this.

"Hey, you can't be that depressed just because of your afro!" Snivylover encouraged him. "There's no problem with having a regular haircut! It'll grow back, I'm sure of it."

"Ughhhh...." Afro-G groaned. He slowly walked up the stairs, and Snivylover sighed.

"Come on! It's not that big of a deal! You haven't even looked at yourself in the mirror yet!" Snivylover exclaimed. She motioned him down the hallway, where she noticed a mirror on the wall. Afro-G took a look at himself in the mirror, and he realized he didn't look as bad as he thought.

"I guess I look fine," Afro-G said, and he lightened up a little.

"See! There's no real problem. It's just your hair," Snivylover replied. They continued to walk through the hallways to find an unlocked door. Afro-G opened one of the doors, and inside was a room that appeared to be a room dedicated to astronomy, and indeed it was - there was a small hole in the roof, which led outside to view the stars.

"Hey, look at this!" Afro-G exclaimed, and he showed Snivylover the observatory. The moon could be seen faintly from the observatory, and the stars looked beautiful in the sky. Afro-G took a step, and suddenly he felt as if he weighed nothing. He jumped, and he was positioned in the air as if there was no gravity. Snivylover gasped, and then tried herself.

"How is this even happening?" Snivylover thought. "We're inside a mansion!"

"I'm not too sure," Afro-G replied. "But it's pretty cool!" The two were slowly being dragged towards the moon.

"What's happening?" Snivylover shouted in fear.

"Just be calm," Afro-G assured her. They kept going up until they hit the roof. They were stuck on the roof.

"If anyone asks why we're up here, we can just say we're hanging around," Afro-G joked, and Snivylover didn't laugh. "I'll be quiet," he became quieter. Snivylover laughed.
