The Tale Of Pokebeach - Murder All Over - Chapter 9

"How did we even get up here, if I should ask?" Afro-G asked Snivylover.

"I'm not sure," Snivylover replied. "Gravity, maybe?"

"I don't think so," Afro-G disagreed. "I think we got magnetized here somehow. I'm not sure, though."

"Well, I guess we're stuck here," Snivylover said in a sad voice. Suddenly Afro-G felt himself falling. He hit the ground with a thud, and Snivylover gasped. She then followed after him and fell to the ground. Snivylover looked at Afro.

"Are you okay?" Snivylover asked, but the afro-less Afro-G didn't answer. "Yoo-hoo, Afro-G?" Afro-G still didn't answer. Snivylover tried pulling him and dragging him, but he wouldn't move. Suddenly, Snivylover heard a faint and gentle voice from far away.

"He's gone," the voice tragically revealed. Snivylover looked around, but nobody was there. "He'll be back. Just go."

"Where are you?" Snivylover asked. "Reveal yourself!"

"I am with you, but you cannot see me," the voice replied. "Just leave. He'll be fine, in due time."

Snivylover collapsed on the ground and began to cry. She did not want to leave her friend, but she listened to the voice. She walked to the door, wiped her eyes, and looked back at the lifeless Afro-G.

"I trust you'll be fine," she said to him, and Snivylover closed the door behind her, leaving Afro-G to stay. Snivylover walked up the nearby staircase and gasped when she saw an enourmous door. It's presence frightened her, but she was curious to see what was behind the door. She walked through the door to find herself in a long, dark hallway. She could see a door at the end of the hallway, so she began to walk towards it, making the floor creak every time she took a step. She walked quietly, but swiftly across the barren hallway. She turned the doorknob, and felt a chill, but not out of fear. She realized she was outside.

"A balcony?" Snivylover thought to herself. She walked through the balcony, and took note of its apperance. Two statues were on each end of the balcony, each with an intimidating presence that made Snivylover shiver. Lifeless plants covered the edges of the area, and the floor was made of cold stone. She heard a sound from the other side of the balcony, and she walked towards it. It sounded like something splattering on the floor, and she realized it was just running water.

"Maybe I can water these plants," Snivylover thought. "I may as well clean this place up." She realized she didn't have anything to carry the water in, and putting the plants under the water would drown them, so she took one of the plants, cupped her hands, and splashed some water on the plant. She repeated this until all of the plants had been thoroughly watered, and she watched as the plants suddenly sprung to life, and the candles had suddenly lit themselves. Snivylover was taken aback by this, but nothing else happened. She aligned the plants next to the statues, and cleaned up the dirty railings. She finally decided to call the balcony "Lover's Balcony," for she hoped that one day, two lovers would come across this balcony and feel special together. She looked down from the edges of the area, and she felt so high up. "What a place," she said to herself.

It was getting dark, so Snivylover decided to return to the exercise room, where she had been split up from everyone else and was alone with Afro-G. She thought of him as she entered the room and found a nice place to sleep.

"I hope Afro-G is okay," Snivylover thought as she closed her eyes.

~

Omahanime opened up the worn book. "Let's see why this person really left the mansion," Omahanime said to Safariblade. Omahanime began to read.

"Chapter 1. This place used to be great. I was just a low-time farmer at the time, and my dream was to own my own piece of land, instead of working for someone else. I wanted to have my own place where people could look at animals and have fun. Of course, if I were to have had some helpers, the job would have been a success, but I can't do it by myself. Being the owner of this mansion, I guess not much really stops me these days. I've lived a nice life, but anyway, onto the part worth reading. Somebody came to my house one day and asked if they could take a look inside. I wasn't used to having people in the mansion, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to let them look around.

They wanted to look around by themselves for some reason, but I did not like the idea, so I politely refused. Without any warning, they took off, but luckily, I've had the chance to tinker with certain things in the mansion and set up traps, like gravitational walls, candles that light themselves and put themselves out, knives that swoop down and chop off intruders' heads of hair, and piercing noises that take out a person's hearing. I've also made a few other things, like swinging chandeliers, doors that electrecute intruders, collapsing floors, and mirrors that display different images. The person didn't get far when they tried to open one of the electrified doors, and they were severely shocked. I pulled them out, and threatened them not to come back. Little did I know, they would come back and get me thrown out of my own mansion."

"Interesting..." Safariblade remarked.

"It doesn't really say why they left, but it's probably somewhere later in the book," Omahanime remarked.

"I wonder where my son is right now," Safariblade thought.

"Doesn't that kid get on your nerves?" Omahanime asked.

"A little," Safariblade responded. "But he's my child, and without him, I wouldn't be the same." Safariblade grabbed the key Omahanime had found earlier. He walked into the hallway and towards the foyer. Omahanime followed.

"Not to be nosy, but what are you doing, exactly?" Omahanime asked Safariblade.

"I'm going to find Bippa," Safariblade replied.

"What if the murderer finds you?" Omahanime asked cautiously.

"Let him find me. I want Bippa to be safe," Safariblade responded.

"All right, then," Omahanime followed Safariblade into the foyer. The foyer was light enough that Safariblade could see where he was going, and he tried the key on the door. The key worked after a few minutes of twisting and turning, and they key suddenly turned to dust in Safariblade's hands. He entered the door, and tried every other door in the hallway until the door to the ballroom that Bippa had once been in. Safariblade ran right to the door Bippa had once went through, and Omahanime slowly trailed behind.

"Safari....need..air..." Omahanime gasped.

"Shhh..." Safariblade silenced Omahanime. He stared at the large, gaping hole that Bippa jumped into. With all of his strength and courage, just like his son, he jumped into the hole, and kept falling until he hit the ground with a thud. He cringed to hear the noise, as if he knew the murderer could have heard him. Omahanime jumped as well, and he fell with a crash. The murderer, from far away, heard them, but didn't go after them. Safariblade found the small crevace Bippa had slept in, and he ordered Omahanime in, but Omahanime wouldn't fit. Safariblade went in the crevace, while Omahanime hid behind the crevace, desperate to stay hidden.

"You think we're okay?" Omahanime asked quietly.

"For now," Safariblade replied softly.

"Those hamburgers were delicious!" Dragonexpert exclaimed. "Do you guys have those a lot?"

"Yeah, that place always has the good food," PDC replied.

"I know, and the french fries are to die for!" Sillykyle exclaimed.

"Yup, and when we had to pay, all of you looked at me," Chariblaze said sternly. "I can't believe that meal cost us fifteen dollars."

"Hey, it was well worth it," PDC replied greedily.

"For you!" Chariblaze retorted.

"Now, now, boys, don't get angry," Dragonexpert replied. He looked at Chariblaze. "Chariblaze, I will pay you back. Thank you for paying for the meal."

"Thank you," Chariblaze replied.

"I'm going to pay you back with knowledge," Dragonexpert added.

"Wait, what?" Chariblaze asked almost simultaneously.

"Knowledge is more important than any sum of money anyone would ever have," Dragonexpert replied. "Now I'm going to share a little secret with you boys, and I haven't told anyone this." The boys leaned in.

"Well, spit it out already!" sillykyle exclaimed in excitement.

"Be patient," PDC said to sillykyle.

"Thank you. Now, where was I?" Dragonexpert thought. "Oh, yes. Now you boys see that mansion right there?" The boys nodded their heads. "Well, when I was around twenty-five years old, I was the owner of that mansion, and I still consider myself the owner at this very moment!"

"Really?" Chariblaze asked.

"Oh, sure. You think I would have been able to plow over this land if I hadn't owned it?" Dragonexpert asked Chariblaze.

"I guess not," Chariblaze replied.

"Keep going!" Sillykyle ordered.

"Settle down, I'm getting there," Dragonexpert calmed Sillykyle. "Now one day, a person came into my house and ordered me to leave. I wasn't prepared to, but he pulled a knife on me. Now I know that seems scary, but I was prepared for him. The chandelier began to swing, and it hit the person as it fell! I ran out and told the police what had happened, but the person had already taken control of the mansion and everything in it, so the police could not stop him. I don't live in the mansion anymore, but I do still own it. I've always wanted a farm like this, so I can show the world what I can do for it."

"That's amazing," PDC said in wonder. "And you knew the chandelier would hit the floor and stay intact?"

"Of course! I programmed it myself, so if I'm ever in trouble, the things I installed will know," Dragonexpert replied.

"I suppose that was worth fifteen dollars," Chariblaze said.

"Oh, trust me, that will be worth way more than fifteen dollars in the future. You just wait. If you keep that information to yourself, you'll have it for when this mansion receives popularity," Dragonexpert explained.

"If it gets popularity," Sillykyle rsponded. Dragonexpert laughed heartily.

"Good, my boy," he approved. "Now I'm hungry. Why don't you say we get to work?"

"Sounds good to me," PDC agreed.

"Me too," Chariblaze also agreed.

"Alright then, let's plant some seeds in the back rows," Dragonexpert ordered.

"No problem," Sillykyle confidently accepted the job. "This should be easy."

"You've already taken over my confident attitude, it would seem," Dragonexpert noticed. They all laughed.

~

"Wee!" PMJ exclaimed in joy. "This is so much fun!"

"Not as fun as cheerleading, right?" Dmaster asked.

"It's a close second, if that's what you mean," PMJ replied jokingly. She flipped in the air while Dmaster continued to balance herself on the balance beam.

"I've heard gymnastics is good for cheerleaders' balance," Dmaster stated.

"Really? I never knew that. I thought cheerleaders already knew how to do that kind of stuff," PMJ thought.

"You thought they just learned by themselves?" Dmaster asked in confusion.

"I guess so. It doesn't seem like they would need training for something like cheerleading," PMJ replied.

"Well, we can't stay here forever," Dmaster reminded PMJ. "We have to leave soon, so that murderer doesn't find us."

"I guess so," PMJ thought. "Which way should we go?" Dmaster looked at both of the doors, and she had to think about which way looked better.

"Let's go out that way," Dmaster said, and she pointed towards the door near PMJ.

"Wait, let me get in one more big bounce," PMJ said, and she jumped with as much force as possible. She went down with so much force, she touched the ceiling and plummeted down. She hit the ground knee first, and she screamed in pain as she clutched her knee.

"Are you okay?" Dmaster asked in worry.

"Do I look like I'm okay?" PMJ asked sarcastically.

"I just wanted to make sure you were fine," Dmaster replied. "I guess I'm going to have to carry you, if you can't walk."

"I can try," PMJ tried to walk, but the pain was too much, and she again fell to the gruond. "I hope this pain goes away soon."

"Why wouldn't it? Pain is only temporary," Dmaster reminded PMJ.

"Or is it..." PMJ wondered.

"I would think so," Dmaster thought. Dmaster proceeded to pick up PMJ and go out the door closest to her. They entered a small room where it appeared that all of the gasoline was kept to keep the mansion warm. They looked around, and Dmaster placed PMJ down as she looked around for carrying mechanism. Dmaster luckily came across what seemed to be a shopping cart, and she brought it over to PMJ.

"Do you want to get in this little cart?" Dmaster asked.

"Sure, why not," PMJ replied. "I get to be a little kid, and you're the irritated parent."

Dmaster sighed as she realized she would have to push PMJ everywhere. They left the room, PMJ being pushed by the cart, and they returned to the gymnasium, where they then entered the other door. Unfortunately, Dmaster had found herself trying to pull PMJ and the cart up a flight of stairs.

"Hmm, I wonder how to approach this flight of stairs," Dmaster thought. She decided to carry PMJ up the stairs first, and then take the cart individually. Once Dmaster finally go to the top, she entered the door in front of her with PMJ inside the cart.

"This is fun! I feel like a six year old," PMJ exclaimed.

"I feel like the thirty year-old parent that has to put up with you, no matter what the problem is," Dmaster replied. They walked down a large hallway after they went through the door, and Dmaster noticed one of the doors looked like the door from the foyer. She opened it, and they were suddenly in the foyer.

"Wow! This door took us right to the foyer!" Dmaster exclaimed.

"This place is all connected to here somehow," PMJ noticed.

"That's why they call it the foyer," Dmaster said as-a-matter-of-factly. They walked up the small staircase to the second floor, and passed by the kitchen, and then entered the room they were first in before their beloved friend Water Pokemon Master disappeared. They entered the room, and Dmaster laid PMJ on one of the beds.

"Do you even remember how we ended up here?" PMJ asked Dmaster.

"Well, I remember that we needed to practice our cheerleading skills, but we wanted to make up a special move that nobody else could do," Dmaster explained. "Water Pokemon Master decided that we should go somewhere top-secret to practice,so we stumbled upon this mansion. We scattered through the hallway, when I found this room, and we decided this would be our meeting place to practice all the time. Just a room for us. Then while we were practicing, that chandelier began to spin, and Water Pokemon Master was dragged away."

"What a tragedy," PMJ thought.

"Definitely something we were never expecting," Dmaster added. She noticed a little black marker on the ground. "Well, look at this. There's a marker here."

"Why do we need a marker?" PMJ asked. Instead of answering, Dmaster simply took the marker and began to write on the closet Water Pokemon Master was pulled into. "Oh, I see," PMJ understood. Dmaster looked at what she had written.

"There we go. 'In Honor Of Our Friend, Water Pokemon Master.' Signed PMJ and Dmaster," Dmaster read her writing.

"That's beautiful," PMJ thought.

"Yes," Dmaster agreed. "Marvelous."

~

Well, that finished up the chapter. Glad I could get to this. Don't worry, I still have the same passion for this that I've always had, I just haven't had as much time for it because of school. Anyway, enjoy reading! :D

Interesting that I end up being the owner of the mansion. SB actually caring about Bippa even though he annoyed him did strike me as a bit odd considering the previous plot. Lol at PMJ getting pushed around in a cart. Good job writing this chapter.

""That's beautiful," PMJ thought.

"Yes," Dmaster agreed. "Marvelous.""

If PMJ thought it, unless dmaster is psychic or something, how could dmaster agree with PMJ?

@DE: Thanks! I know the plot twist was a bit confusing, but I had to incorporate you somehow (not that it was off the top of my head; I just thought it would be a nice plot connector). For the SB and Bippa relationship, I decided that it would be interesting to see that although some parents aren't satisfied with their children sometimes, they always end up realizing they need their children, because their children need them.

@PMJ: :D He be crippled.

@Snivylover555: Thanks! Glad you like it.

@glaceon: I used "thought" in the term that PMJ was thinking out loud. Sorry for the confusion, though.

The Tale Of Pokebeach - Murder All Over - Chapter 10 (Halloween special :D)

The murderer walked down the silent hallway, taking caution with each step. The candles sparked as they walked by them, and they opened the door to the control room. With a brisk walk, they jumped over to the big power switch. It's intimidating presence was nothing to the murderer as they pulled the switch down. Suddenly, all of the lights turned off throughout the mansion, and the slayer smiled. They walked over to the barrels containing gas in the corner, and picked up what looked like an iron rod. They walked out the door swiftly, not even closing and locking the door behind them.

~

Before the lights went out, Snivylover walked towards the balcony after waking up to water the plants. She walked up the stairway, passing by the door that Afro-G was taken over in, and she walked through the dak hallway and ran right into the middle of the balcony. She looked up at the stars, and sat down on her back to view them. As the murderer pulled the switch, Snivylover screamed when the lights went out. She got up and looked around, and the only thing she could see was the blue-colored water that dripped from the gray pipe. She walked over and repeated the same process she had done before with the plants, memorizing each of the plants' positions so she wouldn't trip over anything. She searched frantically for the door she entered, but unfortunately, the balcony was so massive that the location of the door was the one thing that she couldn't remember. She breathed heavily for a while, but then calmed herself down when she looked at the stars.

"I can't stay here," she thought to herself. "I have to go somewhere, or the murderer might come for me." Snivylover reached around until she found a stick lying on the ground, and she dragged it behind her as she walked around, searching for the door she had entered. She felt around until she felt a cold piece of metal. She breathed a sigh of relief and opened the door. She began to walk down the hallway again, but she was unaware of the murderer sitting at the end of the hallway, waiting for a victim. The murderer tried not to breathe as Snivylover neared them, and they prepared their metal rod.

The murderer closed their eyes as they swung, and Snivylover was hit in the throat with the rod.

Snivylover stumbled to the ground, trying to figure out what just happened, as the murderer struck her again in the back of the neck. Snivylover tried to scream, but no words came out. She could barely breathe as the murderer struck a third time at her ankles, and then the murderer grabbed one of her hands and dragged her down the stairway and down into the basement. As the murderer walked through the foyer and into the basement, Snivylover tried to scream with all of her might, and to her luck, a voice emerged.

"HEEEELLLLPPP MEEEEE!!" Snivylover screamed with all of her might as the murderer covered her mouth. Snivylover broke free of the murderer's grasp, but the murderer managed to grab her once again, and this time Snivylover could not break free. The murderer dragged her into the cellar and chained her to the wall as she squirmed to try and break for it. Unfortunately, she could not escape the murderer's grasp, and the murderer left the cellar.

"Help!" Snivylover yelled over and over, but it was no use. Nobody could hear her, and she was alone in the cellar. She held tears back as she realized the sad truth that she was probably not going to be rescued. She closed her eyes and fell asleep.

~

"Zyflair?" Shadow Arceus called out.

"I'm here," Zyflair responded. Shadow Arceus walked around the kitchen and tripped over one of the chairs.

"Ow!" Shadow Arceus screamed. Zyflair hushed him.

"Do you want the murderer to know we're here?" Zyflair asked.

"I don't care about the murderer, okay?" Shadow Arceus replied. "I just want the lights to turn back on." He stumbled and picked up the chair, and reached for one of the doors.

"Where are you going?" Zyflair asked him. Shadow Arceus headed out the door. As Zyflair left, he tripped over the same chair, wincing in pain. He picked up the chair as Shadow Arceus left the room.

"I want to find out why the lights went out," Shadow Arceus replied.

"You're kidding, right?" Zyflair questioned him sarcastically. "You're reverting back to your old, greedy self. You know what happens when people get greedy? They get themselves into trouble."

Shadow Arceus sighed. "You know the saying 'If you want to get something done, do it yourself'? Yeah, I need to do this by myself." Shadow Arceus walked into the hallway and began to walk faster.

"Don't do this! You'll get yourself in a bad situation!" Zyflair warned him. Shadow Arceus turned around.

"You sound like my mother, you know that?" Shadow Arceus retorted. "You think you know what's best for me. I don't even know you!" Zyflair felt a chill down his spine.

"I do know you," Zyflair responded. Shadow Arceus ran down the hallway.

"Come back!" Zyflair yelled, but Shadow Arceus was too fast. Zyflair tripped and hit the ground. He knew he would not catch up to him, so he walked back towards the kitchen. He laid in the bed and closed his eyes.

Shadow Arceus did not know where he was going, but he figured if it was somewhere that he didn't know his location, it was a possibility that he could find something that would turn the lights back on. Fortunately, he ran down a hallway where candles had been lit. As he reached the middle of the hallway, he was met by a scare. The candles turned blue, and he could see a shadow at the end of the hallway. Shadow Arceus slowly turned around, and the shadow followed. The shadow was moving closer as Shadow Arceus ran in room after room, thinking about how stupid he was for betraying Zyflair. The shadow was getting closer, and Shadow Arceus sprinted down the hallway, looking for a room to stay in. He ran by an open door, and threw himself inside it. He kept running until he bashed into somebody. The person clutched their nose.

"Watch where you're going!" the voice yelled, and Shadow Arceus realized who it was.

"Bippa?" Shadow Arceus panted.

"Oh, it's just you," Bippa replied. "Why were you running so fast?"

"Something was chasing me," Shadow Arceus said with his hands on his knees, gasping for air. "I kept running and running, but it followed me! Their shadow scared me every time I looked back!"

"Was this person running fast when you ran fast?" Bippa asked in curiosity.

"Yes," Shadow Arceus said dumbfoundedly.

"Did they run slow when you ran slow?" Bippa questioned. Shadow Arceus gave him a strange look.

"Yes," Shadow Arceus replied. "What are you-"

"And did they stop when you stopped?" Bippa interrupted.

"Yes!" Shadow Arceus exclaimed. "What are you trying to get at?" Bippa laughed.

"Shadow Arceus, I think that was your own shadow," Bippa explained. Shadow Arceus froze.

"My...own...." Shadow Arceus started.

"Yes, your own shadow," Bippa clarified. "Are you afraid of your own shadow?" Shadow Arceus thought about thsi question.

"I guess so," Shadow Arceus realized. He was afraid of himself. How stupid did that sound? "Can I be afraid of myself?" Shadow Arceus thought to himself.

"What are you thinking about?" Bippa asked.

"I guess I just never thought that I was afraid of myself until I saw who I really was," Shadow Arceus replied. "All these years, I guess greed has just completely taken over my life. I never really cared about anything else. Now my greed has gotten to a point where I am paranoid enough to believe my own shadow can hurt me."

"You lost me at greed," Bippa remarked. Shadow Arceus laughed.

"It's going to be difficult, but I think I'll get by," Shadow Arceus thought out loud. He turned for the door. "Excuse me, but I must be going now."

"I'm going too," Bippa announced.

"Sure, why not?" Shadow Arceus agreed. Bippa cheered in joy.

"Do you have any food?" Bippa asked.

"What kind of question was that?" Shadow Arceus responded. "If I had food, don't you think I would have eaten it by now?"

"Well, when you're hungry, you'll do anything for food," Bippa noted as they walked down the hallway. Shadow Arceus laughed.

"I have to agree," Shadow Arceus replied.

~

"What happened to the lights?" PDC asked DE.

"I think there was a power outage, but I can't be sure," DE responded.

"I want to go investigate," Chariblaze blurted. Everyone looked at him.

"Why would you want to go in there?" Sillykyle asked. "It looks all old and dusty."

"Still the same dust that's been there all along," DE remarked. "Of course, I see that as a good thing."

"I wouldn't mind checking the place out," PDC agreed with Chariblaze.

"Why would you want to go in there?" Sillykyle asked again. "Haven't you all heard of the murderer living there?" Sillykyle looked at DE, and then realized he had asked a unintelligent question.

"Hey, maybe it'll be fun," Chariblaze thought out loud.

"If you boys want to look around, I'm all for it," DE told the boys. "But make sure you don't get into any trouble."

"Hey, thanks DE!" PDC exclaimed. "Last one to the foyer has to buy us all hamburgers!"

"Hey, you know I'm slower than you guys!" Sillykyle complained as they ran towards the front of the mansion. DE stared at the balcony.

"Looks different from the last time I saw it," DE chuckled. "Maybe the murderer isn't bad after all." He walked through the graveyard away from the mansion, as if he was looking for something.

"Now which one is it," he thought to himself. DE finally spotted what he was looking for, and he pressed a button on one of the gravestones. DE heard a click, and over near the mansion, a door next to the entrance opened up. The boys were taken aback as the door opened, and they walked in just as DE found them.

"Now, now, boys, not too far!" DE called out.

"I can't see anything!" PDC yelled.

"Well, duh, the lights are out, remember?" Sillykyle reminded PDC.

"This place is very unique, to say the least," Chariblaze mentioned. A musty smell emerged as PDC opened the door in front of him. They found themselves walking into the foyer.

"What's the point of a secret entrance that goes to the same place?" PDC asked Sillykyle.

"It's because nobody can access it, other than me, of course," DE answered as he caught up to the boys. "It's a secret hiding place that once protected me from an intruder. The traps did the rest of the work."

"That's cool, but I still can't see anything," Chariblaze said out loud.

"Alright boys, time to go now," DE told the boys.

"I don't want to go yet!" PDC replied.

"Act your age," Sillykyle said to PDC. PDC frowned as they left.

"It's only for your protection," DE reminded PDC. As they left the foyer, DE hatched an idea. "How about we sleep in this entrance tonight? There's two beds and a comfortable carpet over there," and DE pointed. "It's practically a room itself.

"That sounds nice," Chariblaze thought out loud. PDC slept on the floor, and the others took the beds, but DE could not sleep. He thought about how this mansion used to be his own, and now he had to resort to sleeping in a half-room, all because of one person. He shivered to think about it. He finally pushed the idea out of his mind and fell asleep.

~

"I can't read in this darkness," Omahanime told Safariblade after the lights went out. "Maybe we should drop the book for now and look around."

"Look around for what?" Safariblade asked. "There's nothing to look around for with these lights out."

"Says the person who got us here in the first place," Omahanime remarked. "All because they wanted to 'look around.'"

"I just want my Bippa," Safariblade moaned.

"Funny how you want your son out of your life at first, and now you're suddenly pining for him to come back," Omahanime noted sarcastically.

"I have never wanted Bippa out of my life!" Safariblade retorted. "My son means the world to me, and although he can get on my nerves, I would never think about him in that way!"

"Maybe if you would stop acting like it was the end of the world because your son went missing, you could just move on," Omahanime suggested as he rolled his eyes.

"You don't even have children! You don't know what kind of responsibility having a child is all about!" Safariblade angrily shouted.

"That may be true, but I think you're overreacting," Omahanime replied. Safariblade could not find the words he wanted to say to Omahanime, so he stormed out of the room. Omahanime did not follow.

"Who does he think he is?" Safariblade thought. "He thinks he knows how I feel, and he doesn't! He's so....ugh!" Safariblade continued, and walked back into the foyer, but he could not see DE and the boys. He walked down the stairs and into the large door. From there, he turned left and opened the door in front of him. As he walked inside, blue steam covered his face and body. Safariblade could not see, and he tried to exit the room, but a jack-in-the-box screamed and punched him with its toy arm. Safariblade grabbed his nose while a mirror hit his Achilles tendon, and he fell to the floor. Blue steam covered him again, and a laundry machine opened and overflowed. Safariblade tried to move, but shackles reached out of the ground and pulled at his legs. A projector turned itself on and showed scary images of people chained to the wall, trying to break free. One particular image showed a young girl chained to the wall, and Safariblade immediately recognized her.

"Snivylover?" he yelled out, and everything that was working suddenly stopped. The door opened, and Safariblade bolted out the door.

"Happy Halloween, Safariblade," Safariblade thought to himself. "Happy Halloween."

~

Shadow Arceus grabbed a candle from the hallway that he had seen his shadow, and he instructed Bippa to do so as well. They walked around for what seemed like hours, until Bippa collapsed on the ground.

"I need water," Bippa complained.

"What do you want me to do?" Shadow Arceus replied. "I don't have any water."

"Then I need a break," Bippa groaned, and Shadow Arceus gave up. They took a little break full of panting and gasping from Bippa, and they continued until they hit a staircase. They walked down the staircase, and there were two doors that they could enter. They tried the first one, but it wouldn't open. Shadow Arceus grunted as they tried the second door. Luckily, it opened, and they looked around. Shadow Arceus hit his head on something mad eof metal. He felt around and made out the shape of a switch.

"Bippa, come here!" Shadow Arceus ordered.

"Where are you?" Bippa asked.

"I'm right here!" Shadow Arceus called out.

"Could you be a bit more specific?" Bippa asked again as he hit his head on the same contraption Shadow Arceus had hit his head on. He felt the bruise on his head. Shadow Arceus grabbed around until he found his arm.

"Bippa, I think this might be the switch that we need to turn on!" Shadow Arceus exclaimed in relief.

"What if it isn't?" Bippa asked.

"You ask too many questions," Shadow Arceus replied. Bippa grinned, but Shadow Arceus could not see him. "Now help me pull this."

"Fine," Bippa grunted. They pulled with all of their might, and the switch finally gave in and switched up. Suddenly, the light in the room turned on. Omahanime, Shadow Arceus, Bippa, PMJ, Dmaster, and Zyflair all breathed a sigh of relief as the lights returned to normal. DE woke up the boys, and they cheered for the return of the lights.

"You see? All you had to do was listen to me," Shadow Arceus assured Bippa. Bippa rolled his eyes.

Thank you to everyone for being so patient! It took me a while to get this posted, and I really wanted to post this on Halloween for the occasion, but I never had time. :[ But whatever. Enjoy!

I read the four chapters of this, and only 5 to go!

By what I've read, this story HAS to be the funniest of all the stories I've read. Really, really, really, really funny!

When this gets locked, it has to go into the list of Amazing Threads. It's so funny.

I enjoyed this chapter a lot.
/me predicts he will end up rescuing Snivylover.

*Lucky predicts HL is wrong and that Lucky will probably be in the next chapter.

Haha, SL555 has disappeared.... :p

I think I've read about 6 chapters now. The story just gets better and better.

/me predicts that someone will rescue her
