It was interesting to see that Grandsoil card do so well this early. I'm hoping to see some other cool decks top future events.
And I get your point, Dark Void. I used Future Fusion and Brionac in around 2 of my decks, and I ran 2 Duality when the deck called for it, so I didn't make too many changes either. Updated the player list, we only need one more.
And as a side question, does anyone have some decks they're trying out for the new format? I'm testing Gadget-Geargias at the moment, and they're running pretty smoothly.

However, I am extremely happy that Psychics are in the limelight again, and I can't fault the guy for his decklist; it's stupendous.

This may be old news to people, but it's new to me--the variant cards for Return of the Duelist Special Edition were recently revealed, and these may be some of the best yet.

Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction
I find this a great opportunity to pick up these cards if you didn't have them/couldn't find them/couldn't afford them earlier--with Synchro decks coming back thanks to the limiting of Spore, Hyper Librarian is sure to give a boost to any deck using even a simple Plant engine. Any deck that can reliably get into rank 3 Xyz Monsters can find use in Acid Golem as well.
Any comments on this product?

On a more serious note, those are pretty good choices to give out. They're basically universally splashable cards. And for only $10? Even I might be willing to buy it.

Well, you have to put into consideration that Gol'gar can really only be efficiently used in Alien decks. LSS Shi En has more ATK than Librarian, but can really only be used in Six Samurai decks. Hyper Librarian has high ATK for a "generic" level 5 Synchro, which is likely what they implied, methinks.
Now we just need to get Bahamut Shark...special summon Acid Golem with no materials with its effect, then Creature Swap it to the opponent. <3

Don't know if anyone's heard this yet, but an Inzektor deck topped Michigan's regionals the other day. Here's the decklist if anyone's interested; the guy used an interesting combination of Inzektors and Ninjas to place in the top 4. I'll definitely be trying this deck out on DN, it looks really solid, considering it's an Inzektor deck after the banlist.
And I'm starting the tournament up tomorrow if we don't get any more players.
