Still a charge move - it has a delayed execution. So does Future Sight.

By negative side effect, I mean that it doesn't cause a negative side effect to you. I'm pretty sure there are no moves >130 BP that have a side-effect on the target...

Then there is no other moves besides last resort that are over 130 bp and don't require charging or gives you side effects

Well I'm pretty sure batui is right. I mean how can none of us remember a move with plus 130 power with no negative side effects. We must be pretty lame. -_- can you just tell us?

Head smash on rampardos with rock head.

Then you got final gambit and thats all i can think of.

Ah OK, I thought you mean charge as in like Solarbeam. Doom Desire allows you to freely use other attacks before it hits.

When you say "possible", are solutions unique to Pokemon with certain abilities? Like Aggron's Head Smash with Rock Head.

Bacon is winner. It's Aggron's Head Smash with Rock Head. (Relicanth works just as well.)

Time for some more mathematics.
The higher level at which 'M can appear in Red/Blue,
PLUS the National Dex number of the Eeveelution with the highest HP stat,
MINUS the National Dex number of the Pokemon with the highest Special Defense stat,
MINUS 2,
and then take the square root of the above sum.
Hint: You need to really know your math!

Zyflair alerted me he was pretty sure you had to look up on some site to be totally sure that "there is no move with more than 130 base power", so I just nulled your guess for that round. And Final Gambit doesn't have a base power anyway.

I have one question I wasn't using a site i was using a list of papers i got from a sight a few weeks ago with all the moves on it.The I got fro ma site that had all the moves but o well.
