When writing this question, I found out the Dex entry said "and the last to lead it" at the end. That was obviously a mistake, so I fixed it before posting this question.

Teal loves to see Teapot suffer.

Here's the next one:

"A single stare from ?? can paralyze a person with fear, leaving them unable to move for 72 hours."

I obviously censored it because the Pokemon's name appears in its own dex entry. Get to work!

Now for another potentially cryptic entry.

It wouldn't kill you to go onto PB-chat and actually look there yourself. That's what TPO3 was doing.

Well if it's not Lickitung it has to be Lickilicky. I realized it right after I went offline so I just had to come back on my 3DS.
