I think bacon said WPM doesn't promote him because he doesn't do much.
 
I think PMJs theory is right, a motivation tactic thats all. Or I could be totally wrong and part of the riddle already happend with Roxasora getting perm banned. However I simply think time will tell, there could also be something that us members don't know, refering to Bacon saying "he doesn't work to hard" maybe that in WPMs eyes is a reason for a demotion. However we will see, as all answers come in time.

To make it suspensful, secretive, mysterious, if he just put

"Theres going to be a demotion and promotion, that is all"

What fun would that be?
 
Besides, I'll at least have another poem to have in my folders.

I agree with PMJ's theory, in one sense...

It may be a motivation for all of us, but I still can see the dem/pro coming.

No, I think that we're just predictable, and that mods can quickly establish a pattern on us.

Members get really excited when there's a chance for promotion.

Really this thread is becoming a big what if who gets promoted kind of thing.
Anyone what to think out of the box and try to determine if the Poem has a second meaning other then members?

Everytime WPM makes these weird riddles, the thing in bold happens. ALWAYS.
 
Like last time, the person who figured out the riddle became a staff member...which will probably be the same thing this time

Wow. That sounds like a really bad way of doing it.

That way, anyone could be picked. =O Even members that would make terrible mods.

Also, upon working out the poem, you'll find the poem defies what you just said anyway. =P

I think I kind of figured it out.

2 members will become mods.

WPM expects one to be a good mod, but the other one not as good.

If one is not a good mod, he will get demoted.

Not such a good guess, but it's worth a shot.:D
 
I think that's what going to happen. Two people will get Mod positions, but one will turn evil and be demoted...
