i get the beach mottif.
its nice
i do think the colors can be improved.

the bright vibrant orange sand color clashes with the blue a little too much.

maybe a pastel sand color with the pastel blue waves would be more appreciated by us elder members on pokebeach. or at least myself.

AHH. MY EYES ARE BURNING. AHHH. I like it kinda, but I gotta get sued to it. Not gonna lie, I saw portal.php before you guys announced it >:O thanks to slick. So I was kinda expecting this. It took you guys a dang long time, like one year +? Well gratz, and good job I guess.

I personally don't mind the new and bright color, it seems to make it more happy and more lively. I also adore the fact that you decided to add a portal. It shall make things much easier to find.

To everyone: Just give the new layout a week. I am sure you will all love it. The reason this new layout hurts your eyes is because you're used to the incredibly bland white background. I started using Theme 2 and at first I was like "AHHHHHH' and then I really liked it and if I changed to the white background it would look reeeeeeally boring. So yeah, just give it a little bit of time guys and I know you'll love it.

I just want to say thanks to WPM for the new layout. You announced it a while ago, but it was definitely worth the wait. I am especially glad that there will be no more Phase Moltres speculation, it was getting very annoying. But what will become of it? No announcements to freak out all of the members? I'm not used to this... o_o

EDIT: Also, the webpage icon (appears on the tab in Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari, etc.) is a Horsea, as opposed to the default: a sheet of paper with a corner folded down.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this has been around for a long while.

But anyway, the layout is great. No more lines that say homely forum for every Pokemon fan, eh?

Wow, the new Pokebeach forums looks so amazing! I'm not even lying. It looks so modern and updated, and it has quite the tropical feel. I'm totally liking this so far.
