Are you sure? I thought only the alpha wolf came up as a kill role.

We don't know for sure, but I'd say it's our best bet. it's not like we have any better options. I recall a post by PMJ a few game-days ago that clarified that all wolves would show up as a kill role because they all have the capacity to kill, but I'm not 100% certain. My role hasn't been wrong yet, so far, but I haven't inspected a wolf yet.

I never said that.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 10 ends June 19, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

Not straight-up, but it felt like it was implied. It'd be great if you could clarify right now as to whether or not a non-alpha wolf would show up as a kill role or not.

Give it up.

Though I do think these three are some good suspects to lynch, all pretty inactive,

Your ability doesn't check for alignments.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 10 ends June 19, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

Yeah, I didn't expect a straight answer.

Found the quote, and looking at it now, it seems more ambiguous than it it did earlier. Here it is, in case anyone was wondering:
PMJ said:
This is sort of correct. The rockets can make suggestions to the leader about who to kill, but the final decision rests with the leader. I kill who the leader tells me to regardless of how many other rockets wanted him dead. If all the rockets want to kill X but the leader tells me to kill Y, then Y dies.
So yeah, it doesn't imply it as much as I felt earlier, but I'm still of the opinion that since they all contribute to the killing, although not necessarily directly, that it would show up as a kill role, but I have no proof. They all have the potential to become alpha, and the alpha decides who does the killing, iirc.

Ummm.... what? I'm pretty sure suspicion is the only thing you can go off of on a game like this.

No.

Theres definitely a difference between someone being suspicious and someone having irrefutable evidence against them.

That is so funny. I have a life. I don't sit watching Werewolf all day long. Safariblade has always been saying that he's been busy.

As for Eevee, he has to have some defense first before you can go off on him. Talking a lot to blend in to a crowd is also a wolf-like tactic HL, seeing as you have the 2nd highest post count aside from DNA. You should be the one who we can possibly be wary off.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 10 ends June 19, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

And again, you fail to realize my definition of an inactive. It's not someone who rarely posts, but someone who doesn't contribute. I don't see contributions coming from you at all honestly, nor do I from Eevee. I do see a little bit from Teapot.

And really, you're insulting my post count? The only reason that I have the second-highest post count is because all of our highest posters have been killed(except DNA). Notice, my posts are only about 1/3 of DNA's. None of you guys are really far behind me, we're all around the same. Do you not realize that?

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 10 ends June 19, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

I don't modkill people who don't contribute, I modkill people who don't post.

I actually contribute in short spurts, it's just you who fails to read it out. I basically use my experience as a game host to throw around speculated roles because I know half of the roles PMJ used were derived in some sort from the ones I made from last game. Also, it's kinda hard to post in an environment where most Beach players think that anything you post can be used against you and get you lynched. Look at corn bread, he was obviously a townie and because of the stuff he posted, he ended up dead.

Here's what I can say though. Based on Cinesra's speculations if there really are three wolves remaining. You miss a day where you don't lynch a wolf, the wolves win. This is why we should not be too rash on just randomly throwing out accusations especially for something like, not posting much info. I could give you example after example where a guy who contributes a lot turns out to be a wolf.

At this rate werewolf 14 is going to be subtitled "the game where pmj steals roles from all over the internet"

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 10 ends June 19, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

You should PMJ, I should have a couple more from my database that you haven't used.

Anyway, just to add HL, we don't go by your definition of inactive. Who are you to define something that already is.

"Not active; not engaging in or involving much physical activity: "the animals become withdrawn and inactive".
Not working; inoperative: "the device remains inactive while the computer is started up"."

That's what inactive means. It does not mean "not contributing much". Seriously, you're being corn bread right now just randomly accusing people for the craziest reasons.

Safariblade has it right in that aspect, though I didn't like how he helped in lynching Zyflair, before you lynch, you better have good evidence and not some fabricated reasons based on people's IRL status.

Hahaha, that FUNNY! Because, I just looked through ALL of your posts in this game, and I could only find a couple instances where you've posted more than two sentences. With the TDL and cornbread affairs, and whenever someone accused you(usually with post count). Isn't that strange? And now, best of all, you've now decided to defend yourself with posts 5 times the length of anything you've posted before.

Whoop-de-frickin-doo you just insulted my vocabulary. Does that make you feel better?

Ahuh. Yeah, I'm out of control. I'm randomly throwing accusations like a monkey flinging dung. It's not like I actually have a reason to accuse people. That would be crazy.

Oh, it's evidence you want? Well let's see, there's Cinesra's ability, the fact that you're an alive game host, calling yourself a bad player, getting extremely defensive whenever anyone calls you inactive, etc. Hmm, that seems right. Besides, if any one of us had strong, decisive evidence, I think we would have presented it by now. Suspicions shape this game.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 10 ends June 19, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

Cinesra's ability is inaccurate, PMJ already disproved some of the stuff Cinesra was claiming. Guy and Lenny were better players than me for previous game hosts are compared and it's just sickening to lynch anyone out of inactivity just because they post once or twice per game day.

You live and die by suspicions, and based on how we're doing, we're dying on them. Better have a better plan B ready.

Well, you're also getting defensive now are you? It's natural to defend yourself from any accusations lol.

I am pretty sure you have played enough werewolf games to see that it's not always the inactive player that actually is the bad faction. This is probably why the town has only won this game like, once or twice out of the 12 games.

Also, on that Cinesra being able to scan kill roles, it would really depend on how the game host plays it out. Hosts like Lenny and Guy made it that when the Alpha dies, each of the remaining wolves would have to PM the host as to who to kill, if they don't match, they don't get the kill. Some hosts like Jadester way back made it that the Alpha is passed around through succession.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 10 ends June 19, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

Can't argue with that logic. I'm pretty sure PMJ said that the alpha's role is passed to another when he dies.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 10 ends June 19, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

...if somebody accused me I'd get defensive too. That is no reason at all to accuse RB.

The only "evidence" you have against RB is the fact that he is a previous game host who is still alive. While this is strange, it isn't evidence. It might just mean the wolves/town were finally not stupid enough to go with a random bucketshoot against the previous game host. The wolves in the aspect that they hoped we'd kill RB for them, the townies in the aspect that they finally realize IT NEVER FREAKING WORKS TO KILL THE PREVIOUS HOST.

Lynching inactives doesn't work anymore. You say they're useless, but actually, their sheer existance helps the town. It gives us one more townie than wolf, which can prove vital in this stage of the game. Especially when PMJ said before that the wolves were so close to winning. Suspicions don't win us the game. Suspicions lose them, which is why the town has one twice out of 12.

RE: Werewolf XII: Seven Days of Terror - Team Rocket's Revenge. Day 10 ends June 19, 2012, at 9 AM CST / 10 PM RST

...I come in to this topic and I see this?

You guys are slinging so much mud at each other that I swear one (or possibly both) of you is (are) a wolf (wolves). Shouting at each other is going to get us nowhere.

I'm going to glance back at my suspicions chart and see what we've got here:

Zyflair: [safariblade, Cinesra]
Teapot: [Zyflair > safariblade, Riskbreakers]
DNA: [Zyflair, HypnoticLuxray]
Glaceon: [safariblade > Zyflair, Riskbreakers]
HypnoticLuxray: [Riskbreakers, safariblade]
Cinesra: [Zyflair]
safariblade:
doublenikesocks:
Eevee: [safariblade, HypnoticLuxray]
Riskbreakers:

I also stated earlier that the three most suspicious people were, in descending order, Safariblade, Zyflair, and Riskbreakers.
In regards to Zyflair, we were dead wrong. I feel like I'm partly to blame for this because I have been suspicious of Zyflair for most of the game due to him and Yoshi shouting at each other, but for nothing. I could say that HL and Risk shouting at each other doesn't necessarily mean anything, but there seems to be a lot of venom going around.

Safariblade still tops the suspicions list...for now. And, added to the fact that both of the dead people suspected him as well, he could very well be a wolf. (Cinesra, PMJ said that the alpha wolf is the one who shows up with the kill role; his followers don't. Just because it says someone can't kill doesn't necessarily make them an innocent.) But Riskbreakers seems to be getting awfully defensive (offensive?) as does HypnoticLuxray.

I'd honestly go after one of those three (SB, HL, Risk) if we're trying to go for a lynch. I'm still a bit wary of HL myself even though he is most likely innocent, although I do find it odd that it was said Zyflair had a kill role when he technically doesn't.

But, to be perfectly honest, I am just as confused and in the dark as everyone else. We've got until Tuesday morning to decide on who to lynch (I have only until Monday night due to time-zone differences). So, as always, we need to figure out who to lynch.

By the way, as far as the numbers go, the maximum number of wolves that can be alive is 3. It can't be 4, because we lynched a townie and the game is still going. Thus, that leaves us with either 3, 2, or 1 wolves.

Speaking of which, Cinesra, how do you know there's 3 wolves? Is that a hunch or do you have something to back that up?

I never said that. I myself don't think it's wise to lynch an inactive just because you can, which is why I tried grasping for any evidence at all.

While this is strange, it isn't evidence.
Everything is evidence.

...if somebody accused me I'd get defensive too. That is no reason at all to accuse RB.
Yeah, that was stupid, I apologize for that.

In my rage, I kinda got out of hand. Most of the stuff I posted means nothing, but you never know.

Speaking of which, Cinesra, how do you know there's 3 wolves? Is that a hunch or do you have something to back that up?
No one realizes I was the first to say there was probably three wolves left. :/ I said that because PMJ said there would be grave consequences if we lynched another townie. I take that as we would lose.
