I'm still not sure about your focus on lurkers, but whatevs. And I admit, it was a bandwagon, but then again it pretty much was for everyone. I just wanted to see how you would respond to a ton of votes, although I'm not sure if anyone else was trying to as well. I didn't realise it would get the lead off me, either, until you actually mentioned it just then.

Guys, what was that? We just got bb half way to majority with 5 of the 6 votes in a span of about 40 minutes. That's crazy.

But I think it did its job. bb's defense was not at all sufficient, lol. Even if you try to say you don't read every specific post in the thread carefully (which I know you do, looking at last game) you always read the OP for games at least twice over while apprehensively waiting for them to start. You would have retained the information about star witnesses through doing that.

That's also not the only reason for suspicion. Hounding lurkers, especially on Day 1 and when you know they are new to the game, is an easy form of fake contribution which mafia oftentimes do. Later on it can be a towny thing when discussion needs to happen and there aren't many active players, but we had more than enough activity and you were still trying to get lurkers to post as opposed to just keep up (which can often leave them behind the times since they wasted time making a post instead of just reading them) so yeah, that's another point against you.

This defense seems really contrived. It looks to me like he thought "hey, everyone jumped off Luctini when he claimed star witness, imma take advantage of that".
 
Umm...
You are doing two things that I find odd:
a) You are telling me how I play
b) You are pretty determined to get me lynched

So, it looks like I'm getting lynched... if I do, look into Celever and every person that bandwagoned me in those last 40 minutes

To be fair to bb I also missed the "do not like posts" rule... That being said it was only mentioned once in the OP. The star witness part was mentioned a good 3-4 times... Fairly huge oversight!
It's like missing the fact that the Red Lotus only had to kill Avatar... It's the whole point of the game!

@bbninjas I only said I don't want to lynch you because I hate killing off active players especially so early! It makes the game less fun and more inactive...

I'm holding my vote for now, at least until something better comes up.

This is exactly why he is scum. Vote him please. Lets get him out of the way then once he flips look at other leads.

fyi @Jeremy1026 always is opposed to me attacking scum D1. He doesn't know.

To elaborate on this Josh wasn't even in a bad spot then. Please vote him. He is obvious scum.

Obviously anti town, but the case isn't huge so it would be a risk killing off such an active player if he were to be town.

I read Josh as town. A little lost and very aggressive? Sure, but he's like 80% town to me, so I'm not gonna lynch him.

bbninjas- When I said it is obvious, I was referring to your post not to you being scum. If that was the reason you were so surprised.

Nope, he thinks it's too big a risk to lynch him today because he's quite active and we've had some issues with activity in games recently. That's not an issue this time around though, because we've had an influx of new active users.

Though I just checked the OP and I haven't seen @Cookie post once, and @Mega Adi and @Cinesra have only posted once if memory serves, so I would like them to share thoughts.
 
Camoclone, why are you so desperate to lynch JoshB, it sounds like he knows something that you're trying to hide? Just a thought because no one seems to be making up there minds on somone to lynch, but you have been focused on JoshB since the moment Day 1 started.
