I was privately told that I was able to reclass my safe claim first thing in the game when I first pointed out that my safe claim wasn't safe. Though this seems to not have been the case for everyone. This is definitely something that should have properly been pointed out, at least to the scum members.

You can re-class (or basically, change up your safe-claim) any night that you have the necessary seals available, but it will not use up the seal.
