What deck do you think will win Worlds 2009?

Actually, I could easily see a really good Legos taking Juniors.

You will see more luxape in masters so I don't exactly think so.

Legos doesn't have nearly as bad a matchup vs Luxape as you seem to think. TBH it's really close to 50/50.

Palkia is good; but it really loses to Gengar.

It's hard to tell what will win, with so much luck in the format.

EDIT: One-hitting is not enough to win a matchup. Decks like Beedrill will just recover as if nothing happened.

And you don't one hit Infernape? I agree it's quite doable, as long as you can snipe Luxrays without loosing Palkia, have a Palkia (or 2) ready and have the Promocroak to eat the Luxray when it's a threat. Luxray needs an Energy, a Gain and the Level X (or 2 Energies and a gain) to OHKO Palkia so you should be sniping it when it reaches the bench. I don't really car alot about Infernape because they still need 2 Crobat's against our 1 Crobat or Pearl Breath-spread. It still takes tons of skill and a great list, which I myself still lack with Legos, thus I also need a great start against your weak start.

Speedrill does recover fast. So far I tested it against GeChamp and it recovered pretty quickly. I'm just afraid that if Luxape runs Lucario GL or Lake Boundary.

Palkia loses to Gengar? What???

Gengar is a pretty good matchup for Legos. It's not exactly easy, but it's usually very winnable.

how? You can one hit Palkia with either infernape or luxray.
Azelf MT, power lock and Promocroak makes the matchup way easier for Legos

If they get past the power lock, then just unown G dialga and just stall with him. Or, don't Lv up Palkia G and get rid of your trainers

Alright, how? Palkia is very winnable against Gengar.

Machamp can win, it just has to not be a dumb one that is all straight forward. Getting past Gengar, ripping up Toxidonk, and shotting Beedrill fast with Power lock. Those can be solved.

Remember everybody, nothing is impossible. Any deck can win, no matter how ridiculous it is. I've seen it happen before (I won CC with 27 people with a Magmortar Starter deck)

Uhhh, not with Machamp in Speedrill in the division. x_x They'd have to be one of the best players EVER to beat all of those decks with Legos. ;o

dmaster out.

I don't see Machamp winning Seniors or Masters. I just don't see it because if you survive the donk it just loses.

Also I could see something like a really good Kingdra to win Juniors.

^Juniors won last year with a rogue, I do believe. Wasn't it that Scizor/Toxicroak lockdown deck? It was actually pretty decent. And I'd to see a rogue deck win. I doubt GeChamp would win, though. And Machamp would have to have an extremely good build, otherwise don't count so much on a win.

Seniors-Gallade(spread seems to win in this division)
Really!? Did you just say that!? Mother Gengar would Stolen that and what's really popular at the moment? Mother Gengar. Do you even play the TCG? Spread is dead. (This is why I'm leaving pokebeach.)

No!! No!! No!! Bibareal! :(

Tyranitar spinning tail twice and Omastar the bench. :D

Power spray?

I don't really know about Tyranitar going up against GeChamp. Gengar would be knocked out by Tyranitar and Machamp knocks out Tyranitar. Maybe Uxie Lv.X and Lake Boundary would do the trick against it.

Right now it seems like Tyranitar is going to hopefully win Worlds 2009.
Tyranitar didn't even top at nationals? Why would it win worlds?

powerspray?? why would you be unevolving an SP deck?
As for worlds? drapion all the way lol

GG would probably work as rogue if Machamp is really popular.

I don't think there will be anyone besides me playing Machamp...

If GG is being played too much, I'm thinking, Gengar OR LEGOS will dominate if this happens.
