What deck do you think will win Worlds 2009?

I'm amazed you guys are even talking about Giratina. Isn't this a serious thread?

?_?

Yes, this is a serious thread.

Any deck can win, it matters on the techs you use and how well you know how to play it.

Giratina could be a tech in a deck. Doesn't that make Giratina a pokemon that is serious in this thread?

You never know what deck might win. Maybe a rookie that no one knows well win Worlds.

^LOL yea girntina has about the same chance of winning as Magikarp donk.

Oh yeah.

"I would like to thank my luck, which, every game, gave the opponent a 50HP basic, and no Roseanne, and flipping 2 heads to do 60 FTW."

I see what he means by Giratina. I think Lost Zoning is brutal, but can be played around.

Yea unown G. And it is just to slow. Once you get it going it will last about 2 turns and with mother gengar or anything with mother in it that really makes it spreading 10 a turn.

^ It is pretty slow unless you run Weavile or Togekiss GE to pile energy on to Giratina. I just had an idea for a deck with Giratina.

That's one of the funniest things I have seen I have seen on the beach in a long time.

This is worlds. Machamp will do alot worse when there are actual decks. I don't see Machamp winning in any division, but defenitely top-cutting in Juniors and possibly in Seniors if it's a "setup version".

I pray such a skillless luck sack deck such as machamp doesn't even t4 in masters, seniors or juniors.

No you are ALL wrong. Porygon Z will win. It can do 200 damage. With the right techs it an defeat just about anything unless it is Machamp. I play that deck and often get T2 Porygon Z.

^ Just becouse You play the deck doesn't mean its the best. There are plenty of decks out there and i think trying to predict which of the top decks will win is a waste of time. :( we don't even know WHO is playing which deck, so we cannot know who (or what) will win. Just my opinion though.

Uhh... last time I checked Pory lost horribly to over half the popular decks in the format. It is highly unlikely that it will win worlds.

whats the best rogue around rhgt now?

the best rouge WAS luxape which has now been bandwagon'd since winning the US nats and is now a netdeck i bet the guy who put thought into that deck so he could win with a roouge is hating that theres going to be a whole hoard of people at worlds with copies of his deck

when was it meta, people have only raved about it since it won nationals, US nationals finished and every-one was like OMG i need to make a luxape deck, if it was meta before nobody would have cared

so mother/gengar was rogue before natz :p. luxape was never rogue, people talked about it a BUNCH before nationals.
