Lando has resistance to Electric, and Electrics are weak to Fighting, the only pokemon in Zeels that isn't hurt by Landorus EX, is Mewtwo, which is very easy countered. AspertiaEels is the only one that can stand up to Landorus because it isn't Eel reliant.

Tornadus Ex easily wins the prize trade with landorus EX

What you are explaining is White Tea, or AspertiaEels.

Zekeels or Zeels, consists of Zekrom EX, Mewtwo EX, Zekrom B&W, Raikou and Thunderus, if Tornadus is anywhere in there, it's a one of that get's back handed by Mewtwo EX and Bouffalant and Sigilyph. Even if you have Tornadus EX, Landy will still win the prize trade against a Zekrom or Mewtwo Eels deck everytime, White Tea however, is harder, but managable.

IMO I would stay away from eels altogether. Especially with Landorus in the format now, your too likely to get donked. The lone tynamo start sucks

Happened a lot here. Wasn't surprised either. Thing is, Eels are very deadly once they get past that early pressure.
