@LV: Mods do have lives too. They don't just look after a part of the forum. They also plan activities.

@LL: Why do you think decent teams that need help will never be able to be used competitively again? I posted my one Ubers team from a long time ago and I still use it every now and then. I believe that when giving team rates if we explain why you should do this change, it might help them develope more of an understanding. This would lead to them learning from their mistakes. I'm on the IRC chat now if you want to talk more about that with me.

Because anyone versing someone in a major tournament or war will obviously try to look up an opponent's team and get an edge in battling them. Also, in terms of laddering on the PokeBeach server (lol), you'll get your team looked up beyond belief.

Your team was an Ubers team, which not many people play the tier.

It may help a little, but tutoring is a more efficient practice in this regard.

Is there a way you could give us an empty trash button? Or a delete without going to trash button? When I have to make space in my mail box Its really annoying to have to open the mail, go to the last page, select all, hit delete, go to trash, select all, and then delete. Its like 5 pages for what should really just take 1 or 2.

There already is. At the top of the PM System, there should be something that says "Empty Folders". Just click that, choose the Trash Bin, quick delete.

I think that should only be implemented if and only if there was a system to prevent it being abused. For example, there should be a limit (like 2-3 per year at the most), and any name change would first have to go through mod approval, and that you'd need to have a certain post count in order to do so.

I really cannot think of anything else at this time, except that the Supreme Victors and Arceus scans be put into the list format like all the other sets. If I have anything else I have to say, I'll bring it up.
 
Competitive Battling here is kinda dead. The gyms have definitely helped, but we still need more. I don't really know what we could do about it, but there needs to be MOAR BATTLING. Also, is there a reason so many people are silly enough to post In-Game teams in RMT? I think it needs to be more clear that RMT is for COMPETITIVE teams.

There is actually a sticky for those "silly people" to post their in-game teams in.
 
I want something special for posting, not too much, something small much like a cookie.

EDIT: I also want mods to check some of the TCG articles to make sure that they are worthy before they are actually seen.

Like an Editorial Team or something, where they approve and write articles for the front page.

The VG section also seems to be dead, so that should somehow be "revived".
 
How about an official image thread? Not a Card image thread or fanart, but official Ken Sugamori artwork or something.. Idk.

Sure, there's only a handful of us that do WiFi.....trading (I'm only of them for reason's (my WiFi's currently down atm)).
However, maybe we can make a SHODDY ONLY thread (that's sperate from the WiFi threads).
 
Uh... huh? I don't understand what it is you're suggesting. A shoddy only thread for what?
 
Haha I think LV is saying shoddy only thread in the trading section of the forums...

Anyhow my views on what you could do to improve: Just fix up the battling sections so that they aren't near as dead. For awhile the library helped, and it died out, then the gym challenge to again die out. We need something that's a permanent staple to hold our battling sections to the wall. As to what you can do about that I am not sure, but the answer's out there somewhere.
 
Well....sometimes when I click on "last page" for a specific thread, it comes up saying "the specified thread doesn't exist", so I have to click every page until I can get to the most recent one. Might want to look into those I think.

I think you guys should pay us $1.87 every 5 posts to inspire us to post more.

That is a known forum glitch. You don't have to go through every page. Just change the page number to be one less in the web address bar.

Won't work. Dmaster will make WPM go bankrupt himself, let alone everybody else. >.>

I think something needs to be done about Spelling/Grammer. Not the reputation system that we used to have, that didn't work [which is why it is gone now] but some kind of warning or something. I see some member's grammer, and it's just terribad.
We get peeple talk like this and they not know it's wrong.
