I think it should be dragon/ice cause its going to be like moltres, articuno and zapdos and the legendary dogs(zekrom electric, reshiram fire, third mascot ice). what's your thoughts?

Uhh... Suicune was a Water-type, not an Ice-type, so the Legendary Beasts trio doesn't count.
But I would like for the 3rd legendary to be Dragon/Ice, too. :>

remember it has to tie in with the legend and what the pokemon represents but I think it should be water{W}{W}{W}{W}{W}{W}
I'm up for anything. Water or ice would be cool.
Also, I wouldn't mind a "unifying" Pokemon, almost the opposite of Yin-Yang.

I like how Rayquaza follows suit in the style with Groudon/Kyogre, while Giratina, while following the same concept, looked completely different, and would be something I would rather associate with Crescellia or Shaymin. Not that it really bothered me, so I don't really care.

What if there's not 3rd mascot? I've been thinking about this... I mean, is there a third thing related to the Yin-Yang?
And both Reshiram and Zekrom can produce "light" using fire and electricity respectivly, so the third version must be something that also has to do with "light" or "sky" (I'm remembering now about the Reshiram and Zekrom's dex entries)... But I don't see what other element can produce "light" or has something to do with sky (except the obvious flying type).
Also, we already know that there are a lot of version differences besides the available pokémon, so I was thinking that these 2 games may be something like Gold&Silver in the way that there are only two-680(or higher)-BST-legends thus making a pair instead of a trio.

Houw about Dragon/Ground? It would pawn Zekrom and Reshiram!Haha
How about just ice or ground? They have too many dragon Legendaries..
