I'm not getting the yellow thing at the top of a page that alerts me when I get an unread message anymore. Please help!

Are you sure you have the option that does this on?

Do you have the new layout on? If you keep the original layout, it might work.

Sorry for the trouble, but could you please send one more test pm? I turned the option off and on, I don't know why it'd work, but I'm troubleshooting. Thanks!

I still received the alert perfectly fine. This is a moderator's job. PM them. They'll fix it.

try clearing out your cookies and cache. Honestly, that might be the problem.

Kashmaster: It depends on what internet you use, I only know how to clear cookies and cache from Mozila, so I might not be much of any help.
