I think I just randomly found it on Google around 2008 lol, and joined the forums around October 2008. i started a mega noob, but I've improved on my tcg skills.

I'm going to sticky this for now - I think it's a decent thread that can be posted in consistently by members and should not be locked imo. If any mod disagrees with this, let me know ;).

I had been a member of Pokegym for about 6 Months and used this site off and on for scans then decided to join to have another place to trade, then it just grew on me and 3 years later here I am...:D

I forget what I googled and ran into here. I click around a lot, so I run into numerous websites.

I like to write articles, so I needed a place to submit them. Also, I decided if I were to become serious in PTCG, that I should join a forum, to increase my knowledge.

Yeah, I did just check the main page for a long time and also the scans. Then I checked out the forums and the Deck Garage mainly appealed to me. So I would occasionally post a deck and check my like 10 replies then leave. But now I go on every day!

To be honest, I just randomly found the site and decided to join the forums. Not very interesting, but there you go.

Oh and I'm pretty sure mutant killer washing machines feature somewhere in that story too...

I've used the main page to keep up with Pokemon TCG news for quite a while, but it wasn't until late 2007 that I decided to post on the forum. I guess I just needed someplace to go to when the Pokegym got boring, that's all.

I have an account on Pokeplushies, but I got temp-banned for three weeks. During those three weeks, I searched for another Pokemon-related forum, and I stumbled across this site.

i used to go on pokegym and just check pokebeach for news. But pokegym's people aren't as active. i like this site better

Let's see. Well, back when I was actually playing TCG, I was looking for some scans for I don't remember which set, but I came across here and about a week later I joined the forums. I went to competitive battling when I was done with TCG. When ArmaldoEX first created it in 2006, known then as the ALC, Team Twilight was when I first got my experience in competitive.

My brother was looking for card scans and he told me about this site. I decided to join the forums because they look pretty active and nice. :D

I found a link to this site on another site near Christmas last year. At first I didn't exactly understand what this site did, and why so many things were gone, but as I kept checking the site I learned more. I joined the forums so I could post my decklists :I

I joined because I have a very important question to ask and I felt joining a forum with other Pokemon fans who would help me in getting is answered. Also I'm curious as to what people are saying about Pokemon since it has been out for over 10 years now!!

Friends told me about pokebeach. Then after about 6 months I joined the fourms.

I was ref'd to here by theEND on PE2K. They told me that the TCG threads here were way more active than those on PE2K. So, I checked the site out, liked it a lot, and decided to join!
