My point was that there was obvious stuff they could have changed, like the example.
It would not affect anything, just feel improved.

Chariblaze, They are actually both 31 Atk. IVs and Adamant and the Chimchar has different IVs. I don't know why. I'm checking the IVs accurately.

Chariblaze, I have 2 Chimchars as Parents. One has 31 Attack IVs and a Power Bracer. The other has the Adamant nature. Why doesn't the baby Chimchar have 31 attack IVs. It is still Adamant though.

I'm trying to get a starmie with good speed and sp. attack ivs. Can you fact check the following?

Here's what you should do;

1. Get the power item that boosts special attack.

2. Put in on the Starmie that had 31 sp attack IV'S

3. Breed that with another Timid/Modest Starmie that's holding an Everstone.

4. Wait until you get something with good speed IV's too.

That should get you the results you want. Check with Chariblaze on all of this just to confirm, I don't want to get it wrong and waste your time.

And to answer your question, speed is a priority on Starmie, so 14 is only sub-par.

Okay. Just checked the official site. At first they were saying March 6th 2012, now it says it was available from February 12th 2012 to February 26th 2012. So, now we know for sure that it ended.

Chariblaze, it was hell and a half.

I had to go find Sirius V3, and then use LockEnemy and keep soft-resetting while fighting him until I got the Sirius V2.
I had to 9-rank him or something, but most of the time it was either 6 or S - not in between.

Chariblaze, The Arceus from the poll. Until May 1st! It was originally supposed to end tomorrow but when the Promotion became available, they extended it to May 1st 2012.
