    I had the same problem, it means your picture is too big (I think). Try right-clicking the picture, choose save as, save it on your desktop, go to your CP, upload the avatar you saved, then delete the saved avatar on your desktop.

    My friend got an altaria Ex in a pack recently, and it is not centered correctly. What I mean is that there is about 1 cm of foil at the bottom of the card, and 4 cm (I think) at the top of the card.     I think that Ken Sugimori art may be a bit bland (and a little 2-D), but it is a bunch better than the clay pictures by Sochico Adochi. Masakazu Fukuda's art is great. All of Ryo Ueda's art is well done, except walrein and claydol.
