You are thinking about these backwards. The proper way to think about it is "Does (whatever effect) affect the damage from G-booster?" and the answer is no. No effect on the defending Pokemon, no matter where it came from, affects G Booster.

I couldn't find any existing rulings, but I would think the key word is "when your opponent attacks". When your opponent attacked, it was not. It only became affected after that point.

The rulebook specifically says "Any coin released with any Pokémon TCG product from EX Ruby & Sapphire on should be considered fair and impartial. Any other coin (such as local currency) brought by a player to be used as a randomizer must be approved by both players."

Yeah, it is legal. The reason is poor PokePop has to figure those all out by hand. Easy to miss one.

They won't tell you the correct answer on the ones you got wrong unless you pass. When you pass, they *do* tell you the answers of any you got wrong on that particular exam.

The cards in the set retain their normal set markings (Like, for example, N has the Dark Explorers marking.)
