It could be ghost? I really think the whole illusion factor is closer to being a ghost thing than a psychic thing simply because of fake-ash's red eyes. Many more ghost pokes do/can have red eyes than psychic types. And you know that EVERY generation they come up with has mostly new things on top of a handful of evolutions/babies to previous gen pokes.

There is a dark ash and I think Z took over ash and cloned him into a dark ash. The illusion is that "Z"ableye can make people think that he is the real ash.

What the hell are you talking about?
That Ash could well be an illusion, but what has that got to do with stealing peoples souls? Which is supposedly your main link to Sableye?
Cloning? The films have done that. That Ash is probably just an illusion.
And 'Zableye'? That's the lamest thing i've ever heard. Game Freak would NOT call him that.
You must also rember that when pokemon 2000 came out they called Lugia "pokemon X"
Since this is the only other time that a pokemon was temperaly given a letter for a name that I know of I am forced to belive that Z will be a legandary in one of the games coming out later this year. Also, Pokemon 2000 had Lugia breaking up a fight between 3 other pokemon with power over an element [Zapdos={L} Moltres={R} Articuno= ice]
This may mean that Z will break up a fight between Raikou={L} Entie={R} and Suicune={W}. So Z may take control of Ash in order to stop the fighting. Also, the last line in the song from Pokemon 2000 is "The world will turn to Ash" wich was true because Ash had to awaken Lugia.
This may mean that in order to awaken Z Ash may have to temperaly give up his body or let Z take the form of Ash. But under the same concept because of the letter diffrence it may mean that Raiku, Entie, and Suicune may have to fight Z in order to save the world. I don't think that they called the pokemon Z because it souded good either look at Arceus it was changed many times to fianly, a wierd and weak souding name that makes Bidoof soud like a tank[jokeing not my real opnoin but Arceus does sound...meh]. I just wish thay would show us a real pic. Japan can't stop their cars but they make us wait for a pic... whats up with that!

Ok, I think we should all go back to square one for a bit and look at the facts we DO know.
1. This Pokemon is part of the new Fifth Generation of Pokemon. It MAY OR MAY NOT be an evolution of an existing Pokemon, this has NOT been ruled out.
2. Jun'ichi Masuda said "the Pokémon that holds the key to the upcoming movie: Phantom Champion Z". Meaning it MAY OR MAY NOT BE Z. Whatever it is, it's IN THE MOVIE.
3. If it does turn out to be an evolution, the Pokemon does NOT necessarily have to be on promotional material thus far, however I would take this with a grain of salt; regardless of whether or not it is Z they DO NOT have any generation 5 pokemon on any promotional material so far, so Ninetales isn't technically ruled out, but I would still say it's chances are slim (if it is they're trying to hide it).
4. Any evolution theories CAN NOT be ruled out, as the fifth generation could stray away from the norm. However, I don't think anything too drastic will take effect.
5. The Pokemon MAY OR MAY NOT be based on a Kitsune due to the use of Illusions and the assumed furry body (the furry body is not a definite though) More than one Pokemon can be based on the same thing.
6. If this is Z, it is the Phantom Champion/ Master of Illusions

Number 1 is wrong. He didn't say anything about it being a completely new Pokémon.
