-leaker saw Gallantoad
-leaker gave Gallantoad's description
-someone drew Gallantoad in Sugimori style
-artist put his drawing of Gallantoad alongside Froakie/Frogadier on a website
-here we are now.
I don't think it's too Farfetch'd that something like this could've happened.

I'm just begging Ash captures the Froakie in the trailers and evolves it into that titan.
Now now, let's not jump the gun. This all begs the question, where the hell did it come from? I wish I had any way to verify it's legitimacy. EDIT: This guy and his circuit of fakemon friends seem like likely culprits, but they don't seem the type to prank. None of them have posted this either.

I hate to have to repeat this again, but looks=/=type.
I remember the leaker who leaked the name 'Gallantoad' also mentioned that it was Water/Fighting (as expected) and had a way of kicking its opponents.
2 leaks have said Water/Fighting
Even its name implies Fighting a lot more than Dark... if anything, its name basically deconfirms Dark type xD

Yeah, I agree. It is well within his talents to have created this, but it looks like he's not responsible. For any other faker to have done it, it'd have to be damn near a masterpiece.
