Grunt 1: Boss Celebi and Suicune are gone!
Van: What?! That can't be, search the whole area!
Jake: Quick use Raichu's Surf on both Hounchkrow and Aerodactyl.
Me: Won't Quagsire get hurt be the attack to?
Jake: Just trust me.
Me: Alright I'll give it a shot.
Van: Sorry about that. Now where was I... oh yes. Aerodactyl use Stone Edge on Raichu and Hounchkrow use Dark Pulse on Quagsire!
Me: Raichu use Surf on both of them now!
Van: Hah that's a pretty bold move using an attack that will hurt Quagsire.
Jake: No it won't Quagsire has Water Absorb as it's ability!
Van: What?!
*The wave knocks Aerodactyl and Hounchkrow out and heals Quagsire*
Me: That's why you wanted me to use Surf.
Jake: Yep and now we have the upper hand.
Van: Or do you? Drapion and Gallade come to my aid!
Jake: Quagsire quick use Mud Bomb on Drapion!

"Joey! If me and him meet, it'll cause a rip in Time or something. It'd be better if we just followed him to the Museum. It's obvious that Team ROUGE first started to make plans there. Let's follow my past self until we get to the Museum."

Rudy followed his past self, and they arrived at the Museum, and the scene where they took the Museum plays in front of them.

"Joey, quick! Go in and try to stop the ROUGE grunts from taking the Musuem. I have a feeling that that's where Sam and Spirit are as well. I'll follow my past self and see if I can find Proton, clear?"

Outside the Museum:
Aqua Grunt: "So, we just detonate this bomb in the department store, right?"
Galactic Grunt: "Don't forget the ones at the dock and PokeMart, Pokemon Center, and the Fan Club..."

Van: You two are starting to get on my last nerve. Gallade use Psycho Cut on Gallade and Drapion use Cross Poison on Raichu!
Me: Raichu return. Shelgon go now!
Jake: Quagsire use Mud Shot on Drapion now!

Secretively, Rudy snuck away from Joey. He called to Celebi from behind the Museum.

"I know Joey's probably gonna hate me for this. Celebi. Take me to the scene in the tunnel where I met Proton."

The Celebi shook, and suddenly, reality around Rudy began to distort, and he was sent straight in front of Proton.

"What the! Where did you come from?!" shouted Proton in astonishment.

"I'm from the future," said Rudy, "And I know what's about to transpire. You're not leaving this tunnel, Proton." said Rudy.

Proton was confused. "Oh? And how do you expect to do that?" he said.

"This." Rudy turned around, and there behind him, was his past self.

"Huh? Who are you?" said Past Rudy.

Proton immediately got flustered. "YOU IDIOT!! NOW THERE'S NO TELLING WHAT'LL HAPPEN!! YOU MET YOUR PAST SELF!!"

Rudy just smiled, "I know. But now, the city's safe from you."

All at once, a large gale of wind surrounded them, and everything shook. The space began to become distorted, and they vanished, leaving only Past Rudy and his father.

They reappeared on a rock in a strange dimension. The Temporal Dimension.

Proton looked at Rudy. "So, now, you expect to get rid of me here?"

"That's the idea, Proton. It's the only way I'll have closure on what happened. Expect the only thing I know is, if I go down, you go down with me."

"Very well, let's have our little battle." Proton took out his Poke Ball, and out came an Ampharos.

Rudy tossed out his Poke Ball, and out came Grovyle.

Go.

*Finds a portal* "What the heck..." *Joey peers in, seeing Rudy and Proton* "Rudy! Oh, why must I save everyone?" *Xatu uses Psychic, pulling Rudy and his pokemon out along with sealing the hole. At this time, the grunts run up to Joey.*
Aqua Grunt: "Eavesdropper! Mightyena, let's go!"
Galactic Grunt: "What he said. Weavile, now."
Me: "Xatu, imprison them." *The quad-screen set surrounds the pokemon and grunts* "Now, let's head back Rudy. Your dad should be free, these dolts should be arrested, and Lilycove should be peaceful except for the Tyler bit."

Van: You two aren't half bad. You've knocked out my entire team except for Gallade. Gallade use Leaf Blade on Quagsire!
Me: Shelgon use Dragonbreath now!
Jake: Quagsire return. Go Gengar!
Me: Gengar? That's a pretty fast Pokemon you have their.
Jake: It's the only way I could balance out my team.
Me: Guess that makes sense.

Before Rudy can tell, he is being pulled up by some strange force. He looks down, and sees Proton, for the final time.

Rudy, back in present time, watches as Joey imprisons all of the grunts.

"Well, at least this is over," thought Rudy.

He returns to the tunnel, where his father had been left. "Dad? You're still ok, right?"

His father shivers slightly, "Of course, son. Never better." His father sits up.

Rudy puts him down, "Don't strain yourself. You're weak. We've gotta take you to the hospital. Can you get up?"

His father tries to get up on his legs, but falls downward. "Here," says Rudy, "I'll carry you." Rudy puts his father's arms over his shoulders, and carries him out of the tunnel, and walks towards the hospital.

And while walking, Rudy feels that warmth he felt from his father. The one he had yearned so long for.

"Rudy, we are still in the past. I learned from a psychic that in present times, your dad is in the Pokemon Fan Club, nice, happy, and healthy. Celebi, take us to the present. After that, I will call a body guard for you and Suicune."
Celebi: "BII!" :D
*Everyone except for anyone in the past that belong in the past comes back to the present. You then glows a faint yellow in a certain shape. Giratina appears.* "Giratina, guard Celebi and Suicune. If they attack, send them to where Proton is." *Giratina nods and goes to find leftover ROUGE agents and any leaders.*

Van: Alright I've had enough! Gallade use Psycho Cut on Gengar!
Me: Shelgon use Ember on Gallade!
Jake: Gengar help Shelgon with Shadow Ball!

Isa wasn't very interested in what Tyler was doing. She only knew that Rudy needed help. Also, she was confident that Tyler would win.
Teleport us to Joey...
No problem...
Ah! I found his aura signals!
Now we can go...
They teleport to Joey's location.
Isa see's the group of people and legendary pokemon.
"Is there something you need to tell me Joey?"

"Yeah. I saved Celebi and Suicune from danger, changed the past to save the town, caught all members of the SociTea in the sky, and trapped Proton in Temporal Space."

"Never mind, obviously you decided to keep all of the fun from me. Is Rudy okay? He called me earlier asking for help."

Van: Gallade! Urrah... you two haven't seen the last of me. All units head back to base now!
Grunts: Sir!
*Van and the Cipher grunts retreat*
Jake:How did Greevil know?
Me: About what?
Jake: I never actually joined ROUGE. In fact they took my little brother.
Me: Well that explains a few things.
Jake: Guess your mad at me for all the things I did.
Me: No way. You had to save your brother. That's reason enough to try and convince the others to...
Jake: You want me to join you guys?
Me: Yeah. Now come on. Let's head to the museum. I'm sure Rudy is finshed with what he needs to do.
Jake: Leave it to me. I'll get us there in no time flat.
Me: Alright. I'm counting on you friend.
Jake: Alakazam teleport us to the Lilycove museum now!
Alakazam: Yes sir!
*In a blinding flash of light the two arrive at the museum*

Me: Hey where is Rudy?
Jake: You think he left without you?
Me: He might have. Maybe I should give him a call.
*Tyler takes out his Pokegear and dails for Rudy*

"Afraid not. I just returned from the past. I fixed all the destruction, made Proton prisoner in Giratina's world, saved Celebi and Suicune, and arrested the SociTea in the sky. Speaking of which, if you see Giratina, do not worry. He is looking for ROUGE agents to trap with Proton."

Me: Well that's good news. Maybe Van will be one of those agents.
Jake: Let's just hope so. Anyway where to next I kinda want to participate in my next Gym battle.
Me: Wait... you've been battling Gym Leaders to?
Jake: Yep. Already got the first six done.
*Shows them his Gym badges*
Me: I think the next Gym should be in Mossdeep City.
